In Turin, the capital of the Piedmont region of northwest Italy, sports cars and chocolate are a matter of pride. The city is also home to the Museo Egizio, one of the most impressive collections of Egyptian artifacts in the world. A stroll around Piazza Castello and along the Via Roma encompasses many of the must-see sights. Valentino Park houses an 18th-century castle, botanic garden and medieval village. When you've worked up an appetite, sample casual trattorias for pastas, regional wines and coffees.

After more than swift communication we booked apartment for 4 people as well as garage. Lovely, spotless place at great central, quiet location, between Po and main squares. Apartment has well equiped kitchen even we didn't use it (except for coffee). Staff excellent, prompt in communication. Garage in vicinity, ideal for my SUV with roof top box as it was too high for most of public garages

Offering modern apartments with air conditioning and free WiFi, Loger Confort is in the very centre of Turin. It is 350 metres from Torino Porta Nuova Train and Metro Station. With elegant décor, each apartment at the Loger Confort includes a fully equipped kitchenette and flat-screen TV. Some apartments are on 2 floors. The property is a 10-minute walk from the Egyptian Museum and very close to shops, restaurants and cafés. Centro Storico is a great choice for travellers interested in Food, Shopping and History
With my family we decided at the last moment to make a stop in Turin before getting back to Switzerland and, recommended by the reviews on the internet, we opted for this residence. Stunning and perfect in everything! The staff is courteous and available to provide all the necessary traffic information to get to the apartment which is located in a historic building in the center of Turin, a five-minute walk from the main tourist sites. We parked the car in their paid private parking on the first day and we forgot about having the car! Truly a strategic and safe position even in the evening. The initial cleaning was perfect and the daily general reset was really appreciated. Really an incomparable quality-price ratio !! Really great!

The six spacious and well-lit suites of the Palazzo del Carretto Art Apartments are situated on the piano nobile, with elegant frescos and precious décor. Painstaking detail has been paid to these unique, prestigious rooms, which are pervaded by an elegant, sophisticated atmosphere that combines the allure of the past with the comfort and convenience of the modern world.
We stayed for the second time and this stay was as wonderful as the first one . Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The Palazzo is always well appointed and everything was in place to make it a safe stay during pandemic. It is very quiet as all the room are huge and separated by large patios and corridors. The royal suite is amazing with high ceilings and with a great kitchen/dining area. For the location, quality of service and accommodation, must be difficult to find better deals in Torino

The Santa Giulia Art & Wine Residence located in the heart of Turin offers apartments recently restructured (Studios, one bedroom and two bedroom flats), all carefully equipped to guarantee its guests the best comfort and coziness. The ancient building dating 1878 is a typical tenement with communal balconies (originally working class flats whose typical features were shared balconies with railings) and a central courtyard for guest use. The flats are modern and quiet, some with a view or featuring a scenic glimpse, with double bed rooms, kitchenettes equipped with all necessary items, relax area, air conditioning, flat screen TV, private phone line and Wi.Fi free connection. The apartments have private bathrooms furnished with towels, beauty-set and hair dryer. For your children we can supply upon previous request cribs, baby beds, high-chairs. The venue has a private parking area for your car and bicycle, a dry cleaning service and a self-service laundry room. A Reception service is active during working hours, and we offer guest assistance 24h/24. Italian style breakfast is served at the venue bar accessible from the external court upon request. The Santa Giulia Art & Wine Residence benefits from its central position which ensures a quick access to the most interesting city points of interest: long walks along the Po river banks, Piazza Vittorio and the Chiesa della Gran Madre, the Mole Antonelliana with its Cinema Museum, the Egyptian Museum, Via Po and Piazza Castello arcades, the Polo Reale, the Real Chiesa di San Lorenzo and the Regio Theater. Along the streets of the Vanchiglia neighborhood you may find many winebars, restaurants and quaint small shops. The location of the Santa Giulia Art & Wine Residence is strategic for those who come to town for work as the Centro Congressi Torino Incontra is easily reached, as well as the other Congress venues. The main train stations and the "Sandro Pertini" Caselle airport are respectively 10 and 20 minutes away by car, as well as the Juventus Stadium and Venaria Reale.
The Residence is a nice refurbished complex with several apartments, nothing to say about the place in itself with the sole exclusion of the hearing that, it’s fixed and you works only at specific hours. Beside this, as the heating is in the floor you always have too hot or too cold areas, this is typical of not correctly installed heating valves. Sadly, the location is poor, dirty and extremely noisy. Some people like to call it “movida” reality is that you will not sleep properly any single night of the week till at least 3am due to young people drunk that shout and sing without any respect. During the weekends is even worst. Expect to go noisy till 5am. Such a shame that the are is not cleaned and regulated. Mention of shame for the hotels WiFi that auto log off the devices basically every 15minute forcing you to re-log with the user and password every time. Whoever choose this provider clearly have no idea about the modern traveler that needs at least 2 if not 3 devices connected, this are really the basics today and in this property are completely missing. I don’t recommend this property.

Newly restored hotelapartment building dating back to '700, overlooking the most beautiful square in Turin, with a unique view of Palazzo Madama, UNESCO heritage. The only hotel in Piazza Castello, a design hotel with all the comforts. Incredible and absolutely centralized view with a choice of rooms with a kitchenette and the most exclusive suites. Accessible to disabled.
The building is beautiful. The location is magnificent! But this is not a real hotel. They state that there is not a 24-hour receptionist. No kidding. There's almost never anyone here! My "deluxe" room has two awkward steps--one to the corridor, one to the bathroom. I fell three times last night, cut my leg badly, and there was no one to even tell me where I could find a farmacia. The hotel boasts a room with a balcony (which is covered with bird droppings). They promote bottled water in the room (but only on the first day). They state that there is air conditioning, but there is no remote! (The room was freezing last night (no heat and no duvet). My room was still not cleaned at 3 p.m. and there was no one anywhere to tell. They advertise satellite t.v.--well, maybe, but only in Italian. Not one channel in another language--and their clientele is international. Yes the location and the view are wonderful, but they don't help a lot when you're miserable in the actual room.

Stayed at the Apart Hotel Torino for two nights. As the whole of Torino seemed to be on ‘sale’, we thought why not try the Apart Hotel for +/- €75... well, learned once more, ‘you get what you pay for’... but still, even for €75 a night everything is very mediocre. First email you get after booking is ‘you must check-in before 19.30, otherwise you must pay a €50 fine’... wow, what a hospitable way to start the stay. The entrance is in some sort of weird alley on a street where, let’s put it this way, I wouldn’t like my daughter to walk alone at night.... The apartment itself smelled funky and wasn’t really spotless... little stains everywhere and just smelled like everything was cleaned with a dirty re-used cloth; didn’t really invite to sit down or lay down. WIFI is poor, mostly no connection or max 1 bar. Airco only cools slightly, don’t believe it goes below 26 degrees. One of the 2 TV’s was broken, some broken lightbulbs... nah, overall just very dissatisfied. Location (beside the sketchy entrance and street) is okay, some nice restaurants in the streets surrounding and a 10 min walk to the centre. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Our mission is to combine confidentiality of a hotel, warmth of a true home and reference of a trustworthy host in B&B. Situated in Turin in the heart of Quadrilatero Romano, the ancient Roman City, in a newly renovated 19th century historic building. Once you're inside Porta Palace Residence corridor you will find yourself walking through a tiny but marvellous inner courtyard that will lead you to the entrance of a 3 story building where the apartments are situated. Even tho located in a busy area, they are peaceful due to their position. They are functional and cleverly arranged and provided with all features you expect of an apartment and services that will fulfil your stay. Each and every one of our apartments is furnished and carefully designed down to the smallest detail in order to preserve Piedmont style and tradition, a fantastic blend of Italian culture and hospitality that will make yourself feel at home.
Nice staff, great location for good restaurants but apartment was cramped stuffy and very dark. Window dressing on rooms but fake luxury photos, small coffinlike bed and tiny shower. Not a pleasant stay and overpriced

We were in Turin for Eurovision. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city, the train station and they have shops/bars near by. Although check in was at 13:00, we got there early (about 11:00) and they still let us check in as the apartment was ready. The apartment itself was spacious. Offering a kitchen/dining area, bathroom and a queen sized bedroom and there’s two balconies. One is communal which you share with the other residents and it looks over the courtyard. There’s air con and two wardrobes available. It could do with a slight fresh up as the apartment was very tired and scruffy in places. It also lacked basic necessities (e.g. kettle, iron, corkscrew, utensils). The reception is 24 hours, the key has to be left with a member of staff until you return. They also have a parking available if required. The staff were friendly, although their English is limited and broken, we managed to get by. But too be fair, I should brush up on my Italian. The breakfast is continental. Albeit minimal and basic, a lot of the sandwiches, focaccias and crostata seemed homemade. There’s a compulsory city tax which €2.30 per person per night, which we were made aware of on the day we arrived. Overall, a perfection location and staff friendly. Could do with a face lift though in some places.
