Just came back from an amazing bbq at Baum's. The food was amazing; good potato salad, pasta salad, nice german bread and a huge variety of amazing, fresh, well marinated and perfectly grilled meat. The owner is an amazing guy with the best stories (available in german and english haha) and a great sense of hospitality that fits the atmosphere perfectly. Whenever I am back on koh chang, definitely going here!!! Lots of love from the german/dutch/aussie/thai table outside.

Open from 7am- till 12pm and 5pm- till 22:00 The restaurant offers German, International and Thai dishes. Special menu for children. And, of course served at our sea view terrace. Koh Changs most beautiful sunset!

Sometimes traveling through Thailand makes you craving for some good European food. Most restaurants offer some poor idea of burgers and fries which doesnât satisfy at all. Paulâs restaurant has done a great job in offering schnitzel like you get in Germany. Large deep fried moist schnitzels with fries also baked at right temperature. Salad was perfectly dressed and mushroom sauce on top was delicious. Nice terrace with sea view and friendly waiters complete the job.

Drinks were good (son ordered the watermelon shake and it was served in a watermelon bowl). Food was an afterthought. We were craving for burgers (120thb) and unsurprisingly they were frozen patties. Probably the best bar on the strip but that is not really saying much.
