I decided to try this place with my brother as I oddly was surprised to see only 5 stars review but was pretty disappointed. The lunch started very nice, we got a free appethizer with toasted bread and cheese cream which was pretty good, the cheese cream was kind of average but overall not bad, I enjoyed more the toasted bread. However, the pork ribs (39 lei) was not as great as described in the reviews, I found them to be a bit too fat and later on in the afternoon I felt a bit nausea. Also, the dacian potatoes were nothing special. The big surprise was at end when we got the bill, we got two beers and the price in the bill (12 lei) was higher than what was written in the menu (10 lei) which was overpriced anyway. More than than, the waitress wasn't very carefull when picking up the dishes and a dirty knife got thrown on my pants.Overall, we didn't had a very good time and I found the place to be overrated and kind of overpriced. My rating 1.5 stars. We are sorry for what happened! We will wait for you to come back to us for the revenge!

In 2017 I had good experience with this restaurant in the brewery so I decided to pay another visit when visiting Timisoara city again. The landlord of my accommodation warned me that their friends had to pay an unexpectedly significant bill and was not satisfied, but i did not follow her advice to avoid the place. Once we arrived, i noticed, the scene was changed, some walls removed, and the place did not look as cosy as before, but alright, letâs try.First the waiters ignored us for long, though there were many of them chitchatting at the bar. Then they managed to bring us menus, only in Romanian, and with some pages missing. Then they ignored us again for a long time, I had to go an fetch the waiters. They were giving ugly looks in exchange. Then they did not have the beers we ordered, then it turned out, the 1st page was missing from most of the menus, which presented the good price tap beers, so you thought you could only choose from the list of bottled more expensive beers. On request they could also bring those beers, but we only learnt about them after we placed ordersâ¦The whole situation and the ignorance of the waiters / waitresses was so annoying, that we decided to look for another restaurant , luckily we found a good Serbian restaurant (called Dinar) with great food and excellent service.

I was still working (now I'm in retirement),when i visited first time Casa del Sole.It happened about ten years ago.Till today, when I celebrate a family anniversary my first option is this restaurant. Not far from the center, quiet ambience, gentle staff, good food, low bar music.Could be even romantic! My preferred menu :Uniqum as appetizer, salmon,or tunny fish salad, veal liver with onions, baked potatoes, wild mushrooms, dry rose wine from Recas,or Dealul Mare, but could be also beef a la Firenze! They prepare also a very appreciated pizza.Ice cream with fruits,or pancake as dessert and one bottle of Prosecco.

We had lunch there and even if it was overpriced we were expecting good food. Unfortunately, it was average. People looking at t.v. Always, there's nothing related to local or rustic experience.

The Scotland Yard and The Pigâs Tale... We wanted a place where you can eat a lot and eat well, time and again. Weâve picked our recipes from Swabians, Saxons (Spätzle über Alles!) and from near and far. The bread and ham (prosciutto from Banat) are local
We went for lunch and chose a real good (huge) chicken salad and wine. Nice location, attentive and friendly waiters. We were pleasantly surprises with the (rather low) price. Very good value for money.

Urban: a place where you can spend nice time in the city with friends, family and couples eating the tastiest dishes and special international dishes served with fine wines.
Came here based on the TripAdvisor reviews and got exactly what I expected - decent restaurant with good food. Nothing out of the ordinary that would generate a 5 star and small improvements could be made - waiter wasn't sure what drinks/beer they still have and was spending the time on his phone with friends, prices a bit high.Overall a good experience, food was also OK. Hello,Thank your for your review and we are very happy that you enjoyed your food at Urban. Also, sorry for the inconvenience with the waiter. We hope to see you soon.Best regards,Almir B.

Casa Bunicii has lot to offer in terms of local cuisine, traditional food and traditional cooking technique. We produce almost everything in house and we don't use any artificial or ready made ingredients. Our interior is designed in a warm and homy way.
Overall, we found Casa Bunicii to be average. Given it high ratings, it did not meet our expectations. We found the quality of our selections to be variable. Some were very good - others not so much. The ones that did not meet our expectations were hot entrees that arrived lukewarm or cool. One member of our party raised this issue with the manager. The manager vigorously stated all entrees were served hot. The service was average. The outdoor setting was very nice especially on a hot July evening. The gently breeze also offered us relief from nearby smokers. The space is very family friendly. We found pricing to be average for Romania.

Despite a written reservation we were rudely thrown out of the restaurant with the comment that only phone reservations are excepted. The staff didn't try to cope with their mistake as we showed the written confirmation, but mainly blamed us.Never again and also my colleague will advise his company to not use this restaurant anymore for evening entertainment of their customers.
