We had a swim up room in block E. Couldn’t fault the room at all. The supermarket on site meant we got milk and orange juice when we wanted. The swim up was awesome and our girls loved it. The food in the restaurant wasn’t great but perfectly edible. The snack bar by the bar was really nice and we enjoyed the gyros and our girls enjoyed the chicken nuggets and the fries were infinitely better than the restaurant. Our girls liked being “grown ups” and getting their ice cream themselves. The waterpark is really good. I’d give this hotel 5* if the restaurant food was a bit better. Overall I’d recommend this hotel and would like to return

We stayed for 1 night at the end of our holiday, we booked in the morning and turned up 1 hour later. Eleni was very happy to accommodate us despite the start of a national lockdown that day, and she was very helpful with the overall situation. We would like to return and stay a week with friends by booking al the villas. The development is lush centred around an attractive pool.

AluaSoul Zakynthos is one of the most reputable Zante hotels. Surrounded by beautiful bougainville‘s and charming paved pathways, this 4 star all inclusive hotel promises endless hours of relaxation gazing into the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding unspoiled natural scenery. An unforgettable summer holidays on the majestic island of Zakinthos, Greece.
We arrived very late at night after a flight delay, check in was quick and as the restaurant was closed we were offered a plate of food which consisted of rice, meat, a vegetable and a drink. We were given one room key, was told the buffet opening times and told where our room was, there was no assistance with the baggage despite there being a lot of steps. In our opinion we were given one of the worst rooms in the hotel. It was directly underneath the bar area, we could clearly hear the noise of the karaoke and the scraping of the bar stools above, it smelt damp and had water stains on the ceiling tiles. The beds were comfy, the pillows were like bricks, the tap in the bathroom was on backwards and there was paint splashes over the floor, there was thick dust under the bed.During the night we could hear water, it was running through the ceiling tiles, we had very little sleep. After a visit to reception our room was changed to a better location, however the tv nor the fridge worked, we had a kettle and cups but no coffee etc. There are 3 small bottles of water provided on arrival but are €1 after that, we bought some from the nearby supermarket. The reception staff were helpful, I felt sorry that we needed to constantly mention problems to them. The food in the buffet was plentiful and varied and there is a lovely seating area both inside and out. There are not enough sun beds around the main pool and yet there are empty beds at the ‘favourite club’ area, barely anyone in the 2 infinity pools and the pool bar area. The brochure photos show padded beds around the pool, there are none in either area, in fact the beds around the main pool are quite worn. We did not see the area around the pool being cleaned at all during our stay. The brochure stated there was a beach and beds but there wasn’t. Entertainment was very loud karaoke or music played from dj decks. It would have been nice to have had some traditional music maybe a guitarist or singer. It seems strange that the a la carte is incorporated into the pool bar area where guests can be sat in their swimwear at the same time and yet the ‘favourite club’ area remains unused. Late check out was €50 which I thought was pricey considering we had missed our first day. The staff are very hard working. The views and the sea are lovely. Aesthetically the public areas of the hotel are stylish however the management need to reconsider the areas of the hotel and make more use of the spaces. The use of different coloured towels for the different room categories gives a bad feeling. It feels like 2 different hotels. Sadly we wouldn’t return.

Please note that Zakynthos' deep blue clear waters have drawn the endangered species of loggerhead sea turtle “Caretta Caretta” to the island’s beaches, where it lays its eggs in the golden sand of some of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean!
Where do I begin……….. Before I started writing my review I have cast my eyes over some comments from others and quiet confused as I cannot relate to the negative comments on here, from my point of view quiet unfair. I cannot thank Apostolos and his team for such a perfect holiday and Wedding, you must be a great Boss as you have such a superb team working with you. I will never forget how you looked after my Wedding dress hung high in your office, from the ceiling in fact, until the day ?. My partner, now husband and I are both well travelled, we decided to get married in Atlantica Eleon two years ago, due to covid and worrying about our special day getting ruined due to changes we really didn’t know what to expect. We had little or no support in the UK from TUI. We arrived and had our first meeting with Apostolos - Hotel General Manager, Vasia – Wedding Co-ordinator, Rhiannon – Tui Registrar. From that moment we couldn’t have been in any more safe hands than this fabulous trio – absolutely outstanding all of you! Not forgetting Michael – I didn’t get your title but with your dedication our BBQ, service and beverages throughout our wedding made our day complete. The support you gave both Robert and I, and our guests before during and after the wedding I cannot thank you all enough, you really made our day so special. If we made a request, it was done, if we asked for help it was addressed immediately, everything so well thought of and planned with a lot of care and attention. Our ceremony was perfect, our party was amazing and the food outstanding, service was brilliant. Food fantastic, Bar service fantastic, Reception fantastic, cleanliness of resort and Rooms outstanding. The whole resort was amazing. I would love to name everyone on here who made our stay special but I don’t have enough room ?. Please pass on this message of thanks to all your staff. It upsets me to read the negative reviews, if you have a problem you must ask and let the hotel sort your problem out, there is no point going back to the UK and writing about it on Trip Advisor when nothing can be resolved, its pointless. Please don’t let the lack of support in the UK be the first thing you think of on your arrival, they are the first faces we see but we do need to separate this. Wish you all the very best and thank you from both our Hearts for such an amazing day xx

Nestled within a secluded bay, Porto Zante Villas & Spa overlooks the Ionian Sea from the mythical Greek island of Zakynthos, west of the mainland. Taking inspiration from the rolling olive groves, rugged mountain villages and pristine shores surrounding it, the world-class resort comprises a handful of luxury villas studded across a private beachfront. Guests will find a unique home-from-home experience here, combined with the finely tailored five-star service and extensive facilities of an exclusive hotel.
Beautiful place, superb facilities but most importantly this is a place with real heart. Almost feels like you’re staying in a friend’s magnificent guest quarters - you have complete privacy but great company if and when you want it from a wonderful cast of characters including the human dynamo,Panagiotta, and the effervescent Mr George. Intuitive and discreet service from ever-smiling energetic people whose motto is ‘there is no such word as no’! They truly seem to read your mind! The spa is tiny but perfect as it opens directly into the sea with top notch therapists who really know what they’re doing - it’s impossible not to relax completely with the sound of the sea crashing onto the shore below. Our private pool was heated to exactly the right temperature and our garden was fragrant with beautiful bright coloured flowers. Zakynthos is a magnificent island and our day trip by private yacht to view it from the sea was unforgettable. If you’re looking for total privacy and absolute relaxation then this is the place for you!

We are at Tragaki, upon an all-green hill with a view to the endless blue of the Ionian Sea and the green olive groves surrounding the hill. Three 70 sq.M. Detached houses can accommodate up to four persons. They have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony with sea view and mountain view. The beach is 1 km away the accommodation. Enjoy authentic and relaxing Greek holidays in Lofos Soilis !
My two daughters and I spent 10 days here in August. It really was just perfect from start to finish. The location is fantastic. You have such a beautiful view from the swimming pool and deck where you have breakfast and evening meals if you like (we had dinner there quite a few evenings and it was always fantastic). It's a really nice peaceful place to stay and Dionysus and her family couldn't be kinder / more friendly and helpful. A short walks takes you to the beach and although we rented a car and saw lots of beautiful beaches I would say this one was one of our top ones simply because it was small and cosy and not crowded. There is nothing at all negative I could say in the slightest - you really can't go wrong if you book here. I was with two teenage girls and they loved it but I can easily imagine a family with young kids would and as well there was a girl's trip group ... so I think it is perfect whatever age or group size. Would love to go back.
