Secluded, but very nice.
Reviewed By Jennifer BMy son and I had reservation to go to the Toyota Kaikan museum and factory tour. This hotel seemed closest to it (about 4 miles), so we booked it. Well, it's not easy to get to. We had to walk about 1 mile to get to it from one of the train stations. Come to find out they have a shuttle from the Toyota station, but it's not advertised on their website or on my reservation how to get it. However, once we got there, it was very nice. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good food. Not much to eat around them, so use their restaurant. BTW, a taxi to the Kaikan is 2070 yen one way from here. There may be other options if Toyota kaikan is your goal. TV is only in Japanese.

Very good hotel
Reviewed By Gwyn WThis is a large hotel, right next to the railway station with step free walkway access. Like all the hotels during this trip (Sept/Oct 2019) the bathroom came equipped with a range of complimentary toiletries, razors, tooth brush etc. The shower was powerful and there were plenty of towels. Everything was very clean. It was the most expensive room during our tour, but was also the largest. The breakfast room served a wide ranging buffet and had a good view over Toyota City centre.

Reviewed By Prasanna321Just at walkable distance from Toyota Motomachi plant , has clean rooms and decent reception. The tariff includes the breakfast as well as dinner with fixed menu. This is a great saver in Japan if you get free dinner. Rooms are typically Japanese business hotel room with not even a inch of extra space. They provide stuff toiletries and breakfast is also good with majority Japanese menu. There is a bus stop close by which takes you to Toyota city and also airport bus stop close by

Reviewed By 0011100This hotel is horrible. Look at the bathroom faucet, it’s so 1980s. The bathroom is tiny and the single room is extremely small. Look at that TV. You will likely get a good night sleep, but the sun will wake you up because of the curtain. The breakfast is pathetic, I cannot finish even half of it. Better off to skip it. Better look else where and stay away form this “hotel”. It’s in the middle of no where and no shops next to it at all.

Reviewed By fe88ex新しくきれいです。 電子レンジが部屋に設置されているので、重宝しました。 （周囲は飲み屋が多く、さくっと食べるような飲食店がみあたりませんでした。 食べるものを持ち込んで電子レンジでチンするのも良いです） 朝食は１０００円でしたが、内容を考えると高すぎる印象です。 （周囲に朝食が食べれられるようなところは見つけられませんでした）

Matsukaze hotel is convenient to Toyota City in Japan. I can use the open-air bath breakfast buffet washing machine bicycle rental and free internet connection. hotel staff is preparing customers to be able to comfortably sleep. We wait for the use.
Clean Room, but very small
Reviewed By Ed CStayed here on a recent business trip. Facilities are dated but clean. Front desk and restaurant was friendly. Room I had was very small, one of the smallest I have had in Japan. No room for luggage, etc. Rooms look larger in the photos. Over all, a decent place to stay.
