The hotel is across from Sakaiminato JR station, about a 50min (cute) train ride from Yonago. The area has one of the largest ports known for snow crabs and all sorts of fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan. Visitors enjoy the crab markets in the area and seafood restaurants on a street with the theme of comic creatures by Muzuki Shigeru, a famous cartoonist from the area. This hotel itself was amazing. It was spotless, and every details from Ikebana flower arrangement to comfortable room with all sorts of amenities made us feel welcome. For foreign travelers they had a handout in English explaining their system. This enabled the foreign guests take full advantage of what the hotel offered. The top floor had natural Onsen hot spring baths with water so soothing to the skin. All necessary amenities were prepared by the hotel. The breakfast was known for create-yourself-Chirashi sushi and all the spread at the buffet with Japanese and western foods. Again the seafood here was so fresh. What made this hotel so special was the staff. Their hospitality was genuine, and showed they care. They made us feel like we came back to a home away from home. Definitely worth the experience.

Stayed in sea view twin room , room are a little old and one of the room had a faint weird smell. The air con filter need to be clean regularly by the housekeeping team . It was choke full with dirt and it had a better airflow once I cleaned it . The onsen is managed by 3rd party with hotel guest get free usage . Expect it to be more busy on certain timing since the usage are higher with local resident using it via pay-per use However there are plenty of different pool size for use hence you won’t feel it crowded most of the time.

we booked a twin room, beds are comfortable, room very clean and size ok. Location to train station is ok, but when you have lots of luggage you better take a taxi. Breakfast is a little expensive, but round the corner you find a nice cafe for breakfast. Some good Restaurants are on the way to the train station. We used the hotel as base for our visits to Matsue and Izumo taisha.

I don’t read Japanese but I do read Chinese, so I was able to understand perhaps 50% of written Japanese with the help of Kanji. During breakfast (free of charge buffet breakfast), I looked around the dining lobby and discovered a lot of signs showing that this hotel spent a lot of effort in researching how to make people sleep better. I really slept so well during the three nights of stay here. It was even better than the bed at my home! My mum and I could fall asleep within three minutes into bed all three nights! The buffet breakfast is of good quality too. The dishes were changed everyday. And it was truly completely free of charge. Bikes are available for borrowing. Sadly I didn’t get the time to cycle around Tottori, but it is for sure a city suitable for cycling around, because there were not many people on the streets. I guess I won’t return to Tottori in the near future, but if I do, I am more than willing to come back to this hotel!

We stayed here for five nights during our train travels in and around the area. Room was roomy and comfortable, location convenient to train station and eateries. I especially enjoyed using the spa with onsen and massage chair, though I could have used a lesson on how to use it. The daily breakfast buffet for an additional $5 pp./day, was the best thing about staying here. Lots of choices of high-quality dishes, both Asian and Western items, Fresh and well prepared food. I enjoyed trying different specialities over four mornings -- we got off to an energizing start. You never get bored with this breakfast. Staff in the dining area were friendly and helpful. Many hotels in other cities we visited offered a less impressive breakfast buffet for $25 pp, which we passed on. But this one exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Thanks to the hotel for offering a wonderful room and breakfast value!

Good if you're low-maintenance and/or don't mind helping yourself. Bad if you have anxiety or are nervous asking Japanese staff for help. Super Hotel is a reliable chain of basic hotels. Not necessarily the cheapest, but they are well-stocked with options so you feel you're getting a good value for your money. This hotel in Yonago is a three minute stroll off to the right once you leave the station. After you've paid for your room using the kiosk, female guests are shown an impressive array of beauty-related amenities and can choose 5 (!). You also pick up a razor, pajama, and soft pillow if you need them. There is a nice communal bath in addition to the bath/shower in your room. There is also a free all-you-can-eat breakfast. All-in-all a nice hotel. ----Tips --- If you bring your own toothbrush they give you a snack to thank yoh for saving resources. (They do provide a toothbrush -- bring it new and unopened to the front desk to get your snack. ) AEON shopping center is a 5 minute walk. Post office across the street.

Visited here for 2 nights. It is up to most Onsen Hotel standard in Japan but no surprise except one of the dinner where the main dishes is beef which is so great. Room is huge, staff is nice, ocean view is great. The only thing that I can complain here is 1. Outdoor Onsen is very small. May fit 3 pax only with comfortable zone 2. No rest area for free milk or tea or small gold drink (except water) after onsen as most of other Onsen hotel Rest of the service is great.

We stayed there for two nights at the end of Nov. It isn't located near the Tottori JR Station, guess it takes abt 10 mins to walk there. There are some shops along the streets. After check-in, the staff gave me a bag of amenity. Shavers are available on front desk. Parking lot is available for guests. They charge for 500 yen. Room is clean and bed is comfy too. Wifi is okay.

I had my trip to Okayama and Yonago in July 2018 after the disaster of the heavy rain. However, the train and bus from Okayama to Yonago were all stopped. I had no way to get there and called the hotel for booking cancellation but I am very disappointed that the hotel refused to refund.
