We specialize in a family friendly hunting experience that everyone can enjoy.Fees vary per hunt.
My 16 year old son hugged my neck the nights after the hunt and said “This was the best day of my life.” This was worth every penny. From the first e-mail to the time we said goodbye, Daniel and his team were nothing short of top notch. I have traveled quite a bit, but never have I met anyone as attentive as this crew. Daniel especially, was pretty much with us just about all day making sure that all of our expectations were exceeded. We started the day with a gator hunt and ended with a hog hunt. It was a first hunting experience for all of us. While the boys hunted, I just enjoyed riding around and enjoying the beautiful scenery. All of us had a blast enjoying exactly what each of us wanted to do. I wish they offered ten stars.

Blueberry Bunch Farm, is Florida’s most southern Blueberry farm. The farm is family owned and run. Our farm is 35 acres of delicious blueberries. Our season is March -May 2021,9-2 pm Friday Sunday.
2021 is the 2nd year Blueberry Bunch Farm has been open for u-pick blueberries, and it’s the second time we have visited. Last year was good blueberries the size of your thumb, sweet and delicious. Everyone was super nice, easy parking. This year, the farm has definitely gotten some attention. There were quite a few people there. Easily 20 cars if not more. But the staff managed perfectly. Guided parking, friendly helpful smiling people at the counter, and while we were out picking we hardly passed anyone. Although occasionally we did hear people the next row or 2 over. Blueberries are reasonably priced and we brought home at least 12 cups of blueberries. (Can’t remember the weight). They last longer and taste better than the grocery store. We can’t wait to go again next year!

Since ancient times the world has known the healing and health benefits of honey. It contains nutrients and antioxidants. It can help lower your blood pressure and triglycerides and improve your cholesterol. It promotes burn and wound healing and suppresses coughs. it's been touted to prevent cancer and heart disease, reduce ulcers, ease digestive problems, regulate blood sugar, and increase athletic performance. Basically it's a wonder drug but you can't use the processed stuff, you need it in the raw like they sell here. Whenever I find a farmers market I am on the lookout for local honey. That is why I was so happy to find the Harold P. Curtis Honey Co. The Harold P. Curtis Honey Co. store has been a landmark near the Caloosahatchee River on N Bridge Street since 1954. You get the honey directly from the Curtis family hives which can be found in the orange groves, pines, mangroves and along the beaches of South Central Florida. Farmers depend on the bees to pollinate their crops and the bees make the Curtis honey. Curtis Honey Co. is located in a historic building from 1927 that used to be the towns mercantile. The store is managed by the daughter of Harold P. Curtis, Rene Curtis Pratt who I had the pleasure of chatting with. Honey varieties include sea grape, mangrove, wildflower, palmetto, and orange blossom. In addition to the honey offered in many different sizes they also sell gator sauce and other spicy seasonings, honey candy, tea, jellies, honey candy, candles, and honey beauty products like soap, lotion, and lip balm. I purchased the amazing orange blossom honey soap for myself and gifts. The honey drop candy cured a minor throat irritation I have had for a month. I ended up purchasing a few gifts for upcoming birthdays which I know will be enjoyed. With the current focus on supporting local agriculture and eating healthy now is the time to rediscover what our ancestors knew, honey is good for you. Stop by the Harold P. Curtis Honey Co. to find out all the ways you can enjoy this sweet nectar. You will "bee" glad you did.
