I strongly recommand Immersia if you feel like completely living an Escape game. The company name says plenty about the quality of their scenarios, the sets are very immersive. The crew works really hard to make your experience memorable. Today, just before our activity, there was a non-planned power failure, so it has to be cancelled. But since we gathered with friends and the babysitters were planned, we decided to stick around and talk outside for a while. The employees took customer service to another level: they came to us oustide with a board Escape game to entertain us, along with some glass of water. A very thoughful gesture on this very hot sunny day. Finaly, the power came back faster than predicted by H-Q so we had the opportunity to play to the scenario that we had booked. We just came out of Salutem Medicina, and simply WOW! we were in, but I mean IN IT since the first second of the adventure. The mood was perfectly set, the clues very interesting to solve. Same comments for the Grand Immersia Hotel scenario. Bravo guys and thank you!
