Bay Harbor Islands ("BHI") is a town in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The population was 5,628 at the 2010 census. It is separated from the mainland by Biscayne Bay, over which the land masses are connected via the Broad Causeway. On the mainland side, BHI is bordered by the city of North Miami, while to the east it borders the villages of Bal Harbour and Surfside. To the south lies the exclusive village of Indian Creek. BHI is about 20 minutes' driving distance away from Miami International Airport, and it is situated between the larger cities of Aventura and Miami Beach.

I was in Bay Harbor getting a facial and walked past this beautiful storefront. I walked in because it was SO INVITING and had such beautiful displays in the window. When I walked in, I was kindly greeted by Johana, the wife of the owner, who was so very friendly and started a conversation. She offered me something to drink and showed me some beautiful pieces! She also told me that they purchased estate jewelry so I came back and brought in some pieces that I had been wanting to sell for awhile. The appraisal from Jackie was WAY MORE than I expected.....! They are kind, friendly, fair, honest people! With magnificent items! I recommended a friend to them who had an estate piece that she wasn't happy with and Jackie took the stones and made her something she loves!!! Highly recommend this gem of a business!!!!!!

I passed by the store while visiting Bal Harbor, FL. The store was already closed due the Corona outbreak but they let me order on the phone and they brought my order with cigar boxes to their parking lot and was able to restock my humidor even before I got back home without having to be concerned about shipping delays, etc. The store looks nice thru the window and the person that handled my order and payment was very attentive (too bad I didn't catch his name)
