Having just moved into the area and having this mall 100m up the road is not only convenient but 99% of what you could possibly need will be here. The main areas and thoroughfares are always keep clean, and the access from different parts of the streets that it surrounds is a plus. All major supermarkets including Aldi are found in here, with a lot of quality shops surrounding these major brands. Is a nice place to shop and grab a feed/coffee and just relax as well.
