The Katy Trail is a perfect place to run, ride your bike or just go for a long nature hike. There is plenty of room for multiple lanes and everyone on the trial is very considerate of their space. The trail goes along the river and you can ride to the wineries if that is your thing or you can ride to downtown St. Charles and have lunch at the Bike Shop! Tom Brokaw of NBC reported live from the Katy Trail!

A museum dedicated to the journey of explorers Lewis & Clark.
We went to St Charles especially to visit the centre being keen on the adventures of Lewis and Clark and it didn't disappoint. Well laid out right on the river bank with the friendliest and knowledgable staff we so enjoyed our visit, especially the film which was the highlight for both of us. Educationally it's terrific with the bonus of a well stocked and varied gift shop.

Historic District St. Charles: 16 blocks of shopping, dining and lodging in historic, restored structures on the banks of the Missouri River. Settlement dates to 1769.
We had a wonderful time in downtown St. Charles. The area is a very charming and laid back district near the Missouri River. It features a variety of cool and unique shops, lots of great places to eat (meals and snacks), great bars, and lots of history. We loved the cobblestone streets. We spent a wonderful, relaxing day here and are looking forward to returning soon. Two big Power Trippers thumbs up! - The Power Trippers

We are very lucky to have such a well maintained and available conservation area in eastern Missouri. It has numerous well stocked lakes for fishing and is a great place just to relax or take a walk/hike to see abundant wildlife. It is well worth taking advantage of this natural site.

We saw End Game. The movie started at 8:30pm. It didn't end until almost 12am. Tickets were sold out for earlier times. I was only able to select one available 2 seats . It would be the 2 seats that weren't heated. If I had known that ahead of time I would have chosen not to see the movie this night. I still had a nice time.
