A recent visit was thoroughly enjoyed with our grandchildren. The presence of informative animal keepers, interactive walks with dragons, turtles and realistic dinosaurs were wonderful. Keepers were encountered cuddling baby Tasmanian devils, koalas, owls and snakes. The animal enclosures allowed close up viewing, with most animals quite active. The various walks allowed pram and wheelchair access. The anti venom collection from funnel webs and snakes was outlined by a delightful guide, Katja. She was passionate and keen to share the value of the program. What an amazing young lady! The milking of the funnel webs was amazing and a real highlight. The facility offered healthy snacks and the gift shop was well positioned. Parking convenient and the genuine passion of those working at the park made the day perfect.

A hidden treasure with their Japanese Garden sublime. The cafe is good average fare with staff taking considerable care with Covid adherence. The Art Gallery was not open at time of our visit, but does have a strong reputation for its featured exhibitions. We took 40 minutes to enjoy strolling around the gardens supported by Gosford's sister city in Japan - EDOGAWA. This botanic garden would suffer from me trying to describe it in words. It is visually stunning with plenty of great photographic angles to capture.

So glad we stopped here. With the recent rain, the falls were flowing nicely. It was great to get up close to them and we got lots of great pictures. There are 3 main viewing spots, from top to bottom. The top falls is a bit disappointing, because it is hard to get a good viewing angle. The middle falls is fantastic, with lots of room and the ability to get as close as you like. The bottom falls is also really good, but not as large and spectacular as the middle. The path was well maintained, but I would imagine it could be a bit steep for older walkers. At first I baulked at the $8 flat parking tickets, but after seeing the falls, I was happy to contribute to the upkeep of this wonderful place.

I took my team to this venue for a team building activity. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and the personalised service make the event that little bit special. Everyone in the team had a fantastic time and enjoyed the challenges of the varying climbs. Everyone had a go and whilst some were very good, everyone was able to conquer their own challenge. I would recommend this venue for any team, family or friends looking to do something different.

I had 30 guests in Jan and 60 guests.in Feb at The Star Buffet. They came from all parts of Sydney and only 2 were residents of the Coast.. We were allocated the area near the Bar..Each Table seated 15..The coffee and tea service too was in the vicinity. The staff was very cooperative and answered all my queries from the day I made the reservation. The food is delecious and varied..caters to all tastes. I also had 7 guests in March at the Archies Brasserie..The food here too is very good..service very quick.I am a regular visitor..at this Cafe . Staff pleasant , and courteous. Location Its a short walk from the Gosford station..but if you wish to drive..there is a multi level carpark. Pricing :Star Buffet Monday to Thursday lunch very reasonable..Snrs card accepted.
