Frequently have family meals here (10-12). Last visit, two individuals got their entrees LONG after the others had been served and one of the two was not hot. The skewered shrimp and spagetti squash had evidently been plated too soon or was forgotten and came to the table cold. The server/management did rectify w/ a comp but the diner left hungry, as the rest of the party had finished their meals. While management intends for diners to leave satisfied, the service has been very uneven for the past several visits. Surely hope it gets fixed as we love the menu here and the friendly wait staff.

First visit to this location, but have visited other locations of this chain in the past. The server was friendly and offered menu selections, the real problem with this chain is the food. We both ordered our steaks well done, mine was a chopped steak âthey call road killâ and a least they can cook a hamburger well done. My wife ordered a sirloin well done and when she cut into it, the blood ran out with a beet red interior. Both steaks were covered with over cooked, lifeless mushrooms. In all cases a poor choice of a location. Donât get me wrong we would love to get a good meal at Texas Roadhouse, you just wont get one.

I came to Outback today with a potential client and her husband. We enjoyed a very nice lunch in the cocktail area with Ryan. He was extremely accommodating and the entire staff was friendly. The manager Cassidy dropped by our table just to introduce herself and chat with us for a few minutes. I truly believe that the atmosphere of Outback today positively impacted my proposal to my client. I will continue to use Outback as a business outing in the future! Oh, and the ribeye is superb! Yummy!

The steak was tender and perfectly cooked - although it was not seasoned. The baked potato and creamed spinach were well done. The salad was simple, the dressings standard. The ambiance is romantic although I get the feeling the place can get a little loud for what you want for romance. They would do well to spread the seatings more around the restaurant, especially when it is slow. We were seated immediately behind a family and a group was seated next to us, although many many tables were empty. The least expensive steak is $20 the most expensive in the mid $30s. One thing I donât understand is why they nickel and dime you for changes or upgrades. Ordering an ala carte baked potato would cost you $2.50 a twice stuffed baked potato ala carte would be $3.50 but to trade out your baked potato for twice baked will cost you $2. The same is true for most other trades. Over all worth a stop.

I was on a business trip and decided to eat at Texas Roadhouse. The steak was cooked to perfection. I had a caesar salad and sauteed mushrooms. They were delicious and the waiter was extremely friendly and quick. Definitely will go back!

First time at Arthurâs.Christopher our waiter did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable about what to order from the menu. For drinks we ordered a bottle of wine which was decanted at the table.Starter we had the Calamari and it was really nice and fresh.I had the Bone in Ribeye cooked medium and can safely say it was the best steak I have ever had.My wife ordered the sea bass which came with sweet potato mash and green beans both of which were just ok.My son ordered the Wagyu sampler and from the first bite and smile on his face it was worth every penny. The complimentary dark chocolate crepe brûlée was a nice touch and we washed them down with a glass of 20yr old Port.If I had a complaint it would be the sides,Arthurâs Mac and Cheese was very ordinary and the sautéed wild mushrooms werenât very wild just a bowl of white buttons. All in all though we had a great evening.

2 1/2 lb Tbone & it served 3 people. Texas toast, marinated salad, French fries (hand cut), red potatoes & side of green beans. We started with tamales w/chili and they were great. Itâs an institution and always busy. Good server. Saturday night 7ish- one table left.

It has been several years since I was last at Sonny's,but we found it still has the best steaks in town. Several in our party had steaks, one chose chicken, and one chose seafood-- all the dishes were outstanding! Our server was very attentive and a delight to have. And I had forgotten just how delicious the bread pudding dessert was--incredible!What a wonderful evening out!

We welcome you... Again! We're serious about quality dining, but in a relaxed atmosphere. We've won a lot of awards for best overall restaurant, best views, best servers, but we'll never rest on our laurels. The best compliment you can pay us is to come b
My wife and I live in north AR, so this was our first time to eat here. It was really excellent-all the rave reviews we have heard about this place seem totally justified. The appetizers were very imaginative and flavorful. The soup was awesome (especially the mushroom!). Our party of eight ordered different entrees so I was able to sample several: each was delicious in its own way. Hot fresh and seasoned to perfection, not a single complaint was heard from our group. As one would expect, the total price was on the high side, but considering the overall experience, I was happy to sign the check.I can clearly see why Brave New Restaurant holds the #1 position in LIttle Rock.
