Totally loved every moment. Got the full body massage twice over my one week stay at the resort. The other 5 days got massages down by the ocean (both run by Harmony at the Raddison resort). Couldn’t get enough. The ladies were experts in their profession, used the beautiful Pure Fiji products and with the full body they gave $50F of free products each time. Totally worth it so went everyday!! Make sure you pack lightly to ensure you have enough space to pack all the gorgeous products you will want to buy on top of what you get for free. Under half the price we pay in NZ for these once converted. Whoa!

So I took a selfcare day today???? and decided to go to So Spa at the Sofitel Resort ( yes they are open even with refurbishment happening) I opted for a body massage and a facial.. It was AMAZING???????? Before setting foot in the Spa I already felt relaxed the ambience takes you far away from reality and sets the pace for your treatment. Than I was greeted by two of the lovely staff who had beautiful smiles on despite the gloomy weather.. And was introduced to my beautician Gina. We walked to the treatment bure that can host you and 2 friends it had soothing instrumental music playing and the room tempreture was just perfect. First was a massage Gina has blessed hands the pressure of the massage was perfect I could hear clicks in my back and just felt all the knots and tightness melt away.. Oh by the way they use Pure Fiji Products which is a huge plus. Massage lasted a little more than 30 mins I wishe it could last the Whole day???? Than the Facial also 30 mins with in the first 5 mins I was Asleep the aroma of the various oils and lotions with the soft Professional touch from Gina was just magical. I didnt want to it to end but hello reality???? I highly highly recommed the So Spa at the Sofitel for all of you like me that take care of everyone else and need some "Precious Me Time" give them a call and take some time out... Trust me you will not regret it at all... Make use of the Local Specials on for the month of March???? ❤❤

This is truly the best way to end your holiday in Fiji. The staff we truly amazing and the premises were also very calming to enter into. We opted for the 90min full body oil massage and they certainly didn’t disappoint us. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing time.

Our spas are located at Smugglers Cove resort , Denarau Road , and Queens Road Martintar.All within range of the airport ,Denarau and Nadi Resorts .We offer free pick up and drop off from any resort ,or private residence in the Nadi /Denarau area . Our therapists are all superbly trained through spa schools then have had years of experience before gaining positions at Island Surf beauty and Spa . We then retrain them to the standard we expect as our core of very experienced therapists are as good as you will find anywhere in Fiji .The girls have all become the best therapists you will find in Fiji under our guidance.We have great spa packages 3 to 4 hours so indulge in some Fiji Bliss as well as the best massages in Fiji .

Fantastic and relaxing swedish massage and full body scrub at the Denerau Island surf day spa. My partner doesn't like massages so I went by myself, got picked up from the resort and only 10 mins in the car I was there! Lovely facilities, lovely staff, can highly recommend! Just a heads up that my resort blocked their website so contact the spa using email, facebook or messanger if you can't book directly through their site.

On a recent holiday to Fiji our travel plan/booking included a free adult massage at Essence of Fiji. While we had to book prior to use and initially weren’t sure we’d have time between returning from our island location and checking in for our international flight, I’m beyond glad we did. There were 8 adults and 10 kids in our travelling party and the team at Essence of Fiji didn’t blink an eye. We were all shuttled the short ride to the spa, greeted with cool, fresh sorbet and kids set up in the air-conditioned cinema room while the grown ups took turns being pampered before our big flight. Everyone was relaxed by the time we were driven back to the departure terminal. It’s an excellent service, and one worth going out of your way to experience if time prevails. Thank you Essence of Fiji.
