Had a lovely spa day for my friends birthday! Facilities were perfect, massage was amazing and afternoon tea was delicious! Such good value for money and definitely one of the nicest spas I’ve ever been to. Would definitely recommend !

I had the 90 min deep muscle massage by Kayleigh. It was as painful as it was relaxing, which is what I’d wanted. Focus was on the back and shoulders and she really tried to work out my knots which made me wince. The rest of the massage was so relaxing. Even wearing the face mask (mandatory when you turn over on to your back) wasn’t as uncomfortable as I’d thought, in fact when the hot pillow was put on my forehead too, I felt like I was in a warm, dark bubble which was lovely. My only criticism is hearing other ladies at reception chatting and laughing which unfortunately the lovely peaceful music couldn’t mask. The salon itself is is small and intimate and beautifully done, on the grounds of the Gonville Hotel so a treatment here is great if you’re a guest, which I was, as it’s so convenient.

Has a lovely facial by a lovely lady called Deepi would highly recommend having any treatment with her! Food was lovely and rooms were nice and tidy! Very relaxing weekend!

Beauty Box is a small salon in Gloucester city centre near the Cathedral. I had one of their special packages with a facial, head massage, and wax and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I'm a very experienced spa goer and think Natalie and her team are excellent therapists, great fun and the treatments are great value. Where can you go and 'enjoy' a wax treatment? Beauty Box that's where.
