We have always enjoyed eating here, however this restaurant didnât have the same vibe or quality of service as other locations. The sunset fajitas and the queso are always excellent, will just be eating them in other locations go8ng forward!

First time. Lots of people waiting outside. Area for kids to run and play was good. Not sure there was waiting are inside in bad weather. Seated within 30 minutes was acceptable on a Friday night on covered patio area. Server was attentive. The bean dip was a first for me and very tasty. I ordered bacon wrapped shrimp. The bacon was slightly over cooked. The order was covered in white cheese which I thought was not needed and was not melted well. The vegetables were exceptional. Cooked so as to be crisp and flavored well. My wife ordered the carne asada which was a ribeye and full of fat. It was not well seasoned. Portions were large and after chips and drinks werenât able to finish. Would go back as not many choices in Prosper at present. Not on list of âgotta go againâ.

Great looking tacos with a fairly reasonable price tag. Unfortunately our food was freezing cold and although the manager was cruising around he never came and asked how our food was. We were only 1 of 2 tables so no reason for cold food. Unlikely I will return

Haywire is a three-story restaurant that is truly Texas tried-and-true. Hearty enough for the ranch hand and perfectly refined for the business man or woman, we're taking the Texas dining experience to a new level. Haywire is Texas locally sourced, farm t
Definitely agree with some of these reviews...great ambience. Sat us at a hightop table for two which was through a Opentable reservation...less than ideal but ok. Cocktails were very good! Shrimp appetizer was very good too...but the entrees of ribs and fried chicken were average (dried out ribs and no flavor and overcooked fried chic). Service was not stellar at all...my entrée came with wrong side that we ordered and took forever to get his attention and then forever to get it changed. For as expensive as it was, would expect much better service.

Just down the road from our hotel. Our group went here for some Tex-Mex. The interior was well done and provided an inviting environment. The entrees all looked good and inexpensive. I had the chicken tacos and a great margarita. The food was very good, our server did a great job and we were in and out pretty quick

We are your go to destination for delicious scratch-made Pan-Latin cuisine and a refreshing cocktail. Open for lunch, dinner, happy hour and brunch!
Roasted chicken enchiladas had 3 different sauces, all excellent, cilantro lime rice and beans. Beautiful restaurant inside. Also had patio seating with fans. Only thing it lacked was service to match the food. We had mimosas and weren't told there was a mimosa bar. Had to ask for chips 2x. Salsa was great! Can't wait to return.

Gloria's growth has been a constant ever since then. Now boasting 15 Texas locations, the restaurant still serves the same delicious Latin cuisine that has been satifying hungry Texans for over 25 years.
Not just Tex-Mex but also Salvadoran and other Latin American specialties. Gloriaâs is our no fail option for our weekly fix of outstanding frozen Margaritasâ- the house special is cheap and excellent â- and Mexican or Salvadoran food. So many excellent dishes include meat, fish, veggies and more. My favorite is Chili Relleno stuffed with cheese, delicious and it wonât wake you up at 2:00 am with indigestion. Moderately priced, Gloriaâs is Fairviewâs finest dining experience.

The fajitas are wonderful and the house made salsa is addictive. If you like bland food, this is not for you, everything is well seasoned. Chicken Enchiladas with a different sauce on each and fajita beef nachos are also favorites.

I like the feeling of the place. I like the atmosphere, the building, the décor and the appetizers. The 3 types of salsa to go with the chips is great and unique. The service was really quick. They get you in and out like a fast food joint which I didn't love. Cheese enchiladas were really good. Our entire group thought the beans were too thick. But we paid $11.00 for top shelf (Patron) margis that came in a pretty but small glass and tasted like lime juice. Disappointing.
