This was my second visit to the restaurant and both times were very good. Food is excellent. Menu is all Spanish of course but use Google translate and you can find something. Wine and cocktails also. I highly recommend if you're in Rancagua!
El Puente de los Suspiros is a restaurant with an the best of the peruvian food and gastronomy affordable for everyone, we have different kinds of dishes and a renewed menu of drinks all typical from Peru. We have wide saloons and a VIP room for our clien
Where to eat Sushi food in Rancagua: The Best Restaurants and Bars

I went to this restaurant with some of my family members not expecting much. Not because it was not recommended to me but more to do with the location (in Villa Triana) which is a residential suburb of Rancagua and not the sort of place you would expect a restaurant of high quality. Well... I was simply blown away with the quality of the seafood and their method of preparation which was almost as good as you would get anywhere in the world. It is obvious that these people know what they are doing with their seafood giving it the respect that it deserves. The waiting staff and their professionalism was also excellent. Good and informative explanations of the dishes and attentiveness. We had parmesan pippies, seafood stew, grilled and pili pil (garlic and chili) conger eel, salads and fresh juices and there were all outstanding. Well done guys!!!...I still cant get over the location of this gem...totally unexpected but definitely woth it.

...And at reasonable prices. Pleasantly located in front of the Diego de Almagro hotel where I was for business. Most, if not all, the staff and cook are from Peru and the food is great ! Thank you guys !

Italian Restaurant International, specializes in pasta and seafood in a quiet and careful atmosphere. It also has a seafood emporium that has a pool of live oysters in sea water and a lot of seafood to eat on the local and some products to take out.
I know that rating an Italian restaurant abroad for an Italian guy it's very difficult but...Torino has no sea so please do not fill ravioli or agnolotti (that are from Bologna anyway) with seafood with seafood sauce. Service and cleanliness good as (almost) everywhere in Chile but this is not Italian cousine.
