We dined on a Sunday afternoon here for the first time and our waiter was the bartender, Jose. He was excellent! Utmost professional and helpful waiter we have had in a very long time. Our food was cooked perfectly and the appetizers were amazing. We even signed up for the Landry's frequent dining program based on us now going every Sunday! The manager even stopped by our table to inquire about our dining experience. Everything about our visit was top notch!

Wow! What a wonderful dining experience! The atmosphere was quiet yet comfortable. The customer service was great and Lucy, the owner, even came out to visit with us for a few minutes. With a wonderful selection on the menu, Chef Edgar will not disappoint with his creativity! I had the Deluxe Lobster Roll and it was an amazing blend of flavors! Best sushi I've ever had! My mother-in-law had the shrimp tempura tacos and she was definitely happy! My only regret is not having found out about Azul's sooner! This is my new favorite place in Katy!

We recently stopped in for a late lunch and were able to take advantage of some Happy Hour drink specials. Several cocktails for $5 plus beer $3. While restaurant was not busy, the service was slow considering. We had a starter of fried calamari which came w/ 2 dipping sauces. For entrees we tried the honey chipolte tacos and the fish-n-chips. Overall, food was good but nothing remarkable. Pricey for lunch as the tab was about $50 for two people.Thank you for your feedback. It is great to hear that you were able to take advantage and enjoy our Happy Hour specials. We are sorry that the service that you received was not to your expectations. We hope that you will join us again so that we can provide a 5-starâ experience next time. Please email me at [email protected]

I have been driving by this place for almost a year and never stopped in. I knew it had to be something to write home about because there is never a place to park out front. We stopped in at 4pm on a Sunday, waited about 10 minutes, sat at the bar, had the best micheladas in Katy, and enjoyed the afternoon. My friend ordered the gumbo and stuffed shrimp which he enjoyed. I had the Texas Platter which has a stuffed crab, two fried shrimp, two catfish filets, and a hushpuppy. I couldn't eat it all! My favorite thing on the plate was the stuffed crab. We got two micheladas and our food, and the tab was $45. Definitely not the most expensive meal we've eaten in Houston. Micheladas were so good!!!! Can't wait to go back.

We have been offering down Home cooking since 2002! Dine in, take-out, delivery or off site catering!
Ordered a moist brisket sandwich, onion rings and cole slaw. The ring were excellent and the sandwich was good until the last bite that seems to be beef jerky instead of moist beef. What stood out was the sauce which was "sweet heat" Really good. The counter girls was extremely pleasant and the man whom delivered the food was very nice. The store was really clean. Overall a plus lunch experience.

We had an issue about happy hour wine but Trevor the manager took care of it immediately. He was professional and accommodating. Victoria was our server and she was appropriately friendly. Food is good and drinks are refreshing. Thanks Trevor for great problem solving skills and professional service.

This is about the closest place to where we live and there is something on the menu for everyone. This trip we went late on a Sunday afternoon. The TV's had NFL, Baseball, and Golf. The place was not busy and the food was good as well as the service. The only real complaint is the dining room was way to cold.

We've been to Orleans several times, and it is one of the few places that does fried shrimp that has a light coating that is crispy and not greasy. Love their hushpuppies and jalapeno muffins. My husband has had many different fish dishes and the fish is always flakey and tender. The gumbo is more on the thin side, but very delicious and filling. Their crawfish boils are a little spicy for me, but husband thought it was just right, and you can order them by the pound. Orleans is one of our favorite go to places whenever we are in Katy. We're so happy to hear that you and your husband enjoy our food, always good to hear great reviews like this. Thank you so much for taking your time to write this. See you back soon in the restaurant!

This is a review of the quality of the food (dinner) delivered thru a well known delivery service. We had fried shrimps with fries. Both were soggy and wimpy. We also ordered chicken sandwich which we thought had grilled chicken but had chicken FRIED STEAK in a bun with bacon, lettuce & tomato. We thought since the food was pricy it'd be high quality. Boy, were we disappointed! The crawfish etoufee was ok, hence they earned the 2 stars. Babin's, you just lost three customers.
