This bakery is simply amazing. Everything we bought had that home made taste. We had breakfast items as well as fresh baked rolls to take home. Who would guess that one of the best Mexican restaurants would be found in Tipton, Iowa??? My husband had the Quesadilia Verde and it was prepared perfectly. The chicken was tender and the bite was just enough to know you are eating Mexican food. We have traveled to Mexico several times and think Mi Tierra prepares the food authentically. I had a Chicken Enchilada and was pleased with my order. Very friendly service. We will go back!!!

This place is great! I was impressed with the extensive menu as very reasonable prices. We arrived for lunch and the specials included ½ sandwich and soup for $5. You can get breakfast any time of day and the portions are large. The staff was great! I was very glad to find this restaurant.

Such a friendly place to eat, and if the type of pizza is not up, they will make sure it is. Plenty on the buffet, and like I said everyone is very friendly.

Good food, but our food came out at different times and it took a long time. Not enough employees to handle the crowd which was not too big for a Saturday afternoon. Did not do a good job of keeping drinks full while we waited. Service is the problem I saw not the food.

Your car won't drive without fuel and you won't function without food. The ideal combination: fuel up your car and order a sandwich at Subway. The thing I love about them is that you get exactly the sandwich you want: your bread of choice, your veggies, your meat, your sauce. Healthy choice when you are on the road.

We enjoyed our first visit so much, that we returned there again. Manager has great personality and remembered us right away. Food was great once again. We really enjoy ourselves, the food, atmosphere, and the small town friendliness. Awesome visit again!

A colleague and I stopped for lunch and were treated like royalty. Workers were very respectful, diligent, and hardworking. Food was great, but the service was more impressive. I don't think I have ever seen a more efficient crew than what we experienced from the weekday lunch crew! They all should get a raise!
