We had the chance to have a dinner at Tisa's-- and such a dinner it was. They carefully portioned out the food to provide a full meal for each in our group, with almost no waste. The owners consider themselves stewards of the land to maintain for those who will come after us and this provides a remarkable experience-- not your ordinary beer-swilling, rum guzzling yelling and screaming place that may be found elsewhere. (Do note, however that they have plenty of beer and rum, among other drinks and food.

no street addressees in American Samoa
Ordered scrambled eggs with toasts, $6.95. The scrambled eggs was sooo small, I asked the waitress about it, and she said it is a two eggs scrambled. I told her they must have used extra small eggs. For Breakfast steaks, you only have one choice now, New York, and it costs $39.95 for what looks like a 10oz portion. Not worth to go their next time. They keep upping their prices from time to time. Poor management practice.

Very squishy table close and partitions made it very unpleasant ordered chop suey, had a funny taste and no vegetables. The sushi was too expensive. Go next door to McDonald's

Have eaten a few time when I'm back home. The views are to die for looking out to Pago Pago Harbour with dramatic moutains dropping into the ocean in the background.
The food is slightly over priced and portions are small. I prefer brewed Iced Tea and they always have the really sweet powder stuff. Great service though. Staff always friendly and attentive and its always full.

Conveniently located in downtown Pago Pago, in the Samoa News building area. The portions are large and served family style, keep in mind, I wish we had ordered half the food we had. The restaurant is clean and not cramped. Pretty good and since there is only two Chinese restaurants, I think this is the best!

For an enjoyable dining experience; this is the place in Pago Pago. The food is excellent, service is superb, atmosphere is quite and relaxing. I enjoyed a delicious Samoan seafood curry dish w/ jumbo shrimp, scallops, oysters, etc. It comes with a fresh salad, rice and rolls and a beverage. There is nothing I didn't like about the place.

Surprizingly good food in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Located in downtown Pago Pago this place is located in a hotel. The restaurant is a sit down place with a bar and although not really a 'cantina' food is pretty good. There is a view of the bay. The downside is it is very dark inside, it is not air conditioned but there are fans and a breeze.

This place started as a pizza place, still is, now it has expanded to a complete restaurant in its new location. Try their chicken wings, delicious, yet reasonably priced. Best pizzas on Island. The dinner rolls are fresh, and their fish and chips outstanding with taro chips.
