Very friendly pub that serves food
Simple lunch but hit the spot. We had soup and sandwiches. For once I felt like I didn't have more good sitting in front of me than I could eat in two meals. Service was quick.

We went here again as a treat in the dreadful weather during our stay in Leenane. We could not fault it. The food & service was better than we had experienced it last year.
The staff & management were friendly and helpful when we wanted to change tables and nothing was too much trouble. We will be visiting here again next year. Keep up the good work

Bar and restaurant located in Leenane hotel
Stayed at hotel and gahad dinner and breakfast at hotel.
Food was absolutely excellent.
Service was very good and although I suspect the Irish staff were possibly students they were well trained and knew abouty what food they were servicng and where it riginated from - e.g. fish is caught locally as there are fishing ports nearby.
As it ha[ppened I had eaten at teh Tannery restaurant two week s beofre and the same meal at Leenane was equally good or better!

Located next to Leenane Post Office. Our visit to The Village Grill was a very negative and dissapointing experience, in great contrast with the other premises nearby. May I humbly suggest Bord Failte check this place out.
Was touring around the beautiful Connemara coast and decided to stop . Right on the Main Street with parking just across the street. The staff were welcoming and friendly and place although small did not feel cramped. They have a wide selection of fare soup , sandwiches, Paninis etc , herbal teas , Coffee. We decided just to have apple pie and ice cream and tea. This for me will make me stop of at the Village Grill the next time I'm in the area. The size of the cups , a proper cup of tea . Thanks again we'll be back

This is the brand new signature restaurant from the award winning Executive Head Chef of Delphi, Stefan Matz. The 34-seater stand-alone restaurant brings a completely new dining experience not only to Delphi Adventure Resort but also to Leenane and the greater Connemara area. The Chef’s Table offers a unique interactive dining experience, featuring an “Open Kitchen”, allowing for engagement and interaction with Stefan while he cooks up a gourmet feast. Both an exquisite A la Carte and a Tasting menu that celebrates the best of local produce and ingredients, has been created and developed to match the relaxed, friendly and comfortable setting. The seafood is picked along the wild Connemara shores; with mussels caught fresh in the Killary fjord. The organically farmed lamb and beef comes from the hills surrounding Delphi, while local growers and suppliers provide us with bountiful produce. The menu draws its inspiration from the local land and sea. It features a tempting range of refined meat, fish, poultry or vegetarian options; each has its own complex array of inventive flavours and textures paired with a carefully curated wine selection to complement particular dishes.
I had wanted to try this restaurant since it opened but never got the opportunity to do so until last week end. The best way to end a beautiful day in Connemara....We really had a memorable experience. Every course of the chef's testing menu was like an art exhibition on a plate, just beautiful. Taste with your eyes first....!! The selection of wine was impressive and could certainly satisfy anybody. I probably won t stop talking about our experience there for a while as it left me blown away! The setting is very charming and so was the waitress. It would have been nice indeed to talk to the chefs at some stage but their plates were just saying it all!!!!! I certainly will recommend the chef's table to locals and tourists as it is a "not to be missed" Connemara dinning experience, for me one of the best so far! Thanks again.

Delphi Resort's Wild Atlantic Café is a laid-back treasure trove of Irish crafts and local food produce. The Café has a unique selection of textiles, organic beauty products, books as well as offering a fine selection of light bites and tasty treats. Serving everything from healthy lunch options and freshly baked pastries or breads, you can also sit outside and simply sip a coffee or energising Delphi Smoothie while taking in the views of Ben Gorm at its doorstep. With a range of light and tasty salads, soups and sandwiches, it's perfect for a quick refuel between action-packed adventure sessions or for a relaxed catch-up.
The 'complex' to which this cafe is integral to is super and I would look to stay here in the future... The cafe itself is nearly refurbished and the environment is modern, clean and inviting. The homemade celeriac & cauliflower soup was delicious apart from it not being hot, This was soon rectified. The coffee etc was very good as were the carrot cake and chocolate brownies. But it was the service from the two girls that really set this place apart - they were genuinely interested in us in a concerned, caring and fun sort of way ! Great...

The 814 Restaurant at Delphi Resort offers casual and relaxed dining while overlooking the rugged Connemara landscape and scenic mountain views. With a refined ambiance, the food is sourced and selected from locally based farmers and fishermen. Seafood is picked along the wild Connemara shores; with mussels caught fresh in the Killary fjord.
Popped in with my Daughter on passing had no booking and was seated without a fuss. The service was very good and all staff were very helpful and chatty. The food was excellent, I had the Lamb Shank and my daughter had the Monkfish both were amazing. Sadly we didn't have time for dessert. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend, thanks to all for a lovely meal.

An amazing little pub on the drive back to Galway after visiting Clifden. At a random junction in the road, drivers are treated with the little piece of the road with two pubs and petrol. Beautiful setting, with a stone bridge, small river, and gorgeous mountain backdrop. And, one of the very few places outside of Cork where a pint of Beamish can be found on tap.

Food Trailer serving locally sourced, delicious meals & specialty coffee in a unique & beautiful seaside setting. Situated along the Wild Atlantic Way, near a signature viewpoint on the Killary Fjord, we want to show the wonderful flavors that are surrounding us as well as share our knowledge of Connemara's best destinations, events, activities, walking routes etc.
Truly enjoyed our brief stop here to enjoy mussels harvested the same day from the fjord. Reynaldo's joy for life and food was evident. The bread, desserts, and other baked goods are baked fresh daily. When they run out, they run out. Also tried the lamb samosas which were also dynamite! Make time to pull over and enjoy 30 minutes in a great environment.
