This Bed and Breakfast is now open to the public for dinner and breakfast. They have a limited menu and seating time, but read the reviews and you'll see it is the best food in Klamath.
We stayed two nights this June. The first night we were in a room which had no hot water for showers in the morning. After reporting this the desk person seemed to have little concern and offered no adjustment. We were moved to a second room which we knew we had to do. This room had a bed which was extremely soft.It was difficult to get a decent nights sleep. We decided to leave about seven in the morning and went to get a cup coffee and none was prepared yet so if you are leaving early don't plan on getting coffee. We travel 60 to 90 days each year and this is the worst place we have stayed in the past year. There is a great view of the river from the lodge. The Wi-Fi was unable to be used both days. Even the desk was not able to utilize the service. There is no telephone service in the area. We had breakfast one morning and the pancakes were excellent. The roll my wife had was also very tasty. For the price charged I would expect much better service and when problems exist that management would make some adjustments to the customers bill.

When you find good food in a tourist area, tell others. Breakfast is their specialty yet lunch is worth the moderate price. This diner is next to the drive through tree entrance in Klamath, and between cresant city and eureka may be your best choice

If you are in the Klamath area on a Saturday night, then you must must must try the Kamp Klamath BBQ. For $15 you get a full meal which includes Salmon or chicken, salad, roasted veggies and rice. It also includes entertainment. A wonderful way to spend the evening under the stars.

Our restaurant features an outdoor grill, and we are best known for our great ribeye steak and incredible pork ribs. We also feature a full service bar. After enjoying our famous fish bowl margaritas you might want to stay in our motel or RV park. Located 3 miles off HWY 101 in the heart of the redwoods next to beautiful Klamath River. We are open March - June, Fri-Sun 5pm-9:30pm July - Mid Sept Wed-Sun 5pm-9:30pm Mid Sept-October Fri-Sun 5pm-9:30pm. Reservations recommended.
There's no question locals love to visit this place - it was full (on a week night) of people who drove up from the more populated Eureka/Arcata areas. We made this a special dinner night for my husband's birthday and were stuffed when we left, with leftovers to bring home. Go here for BBQ, for sure - they'll add on baked potatoes with lots of toppings available, soft rolls, big family style salad bowl... I got the cod (fish of the day) and he got steak and we were both quite happy. (I also added the shrimp kebab.) For dessert we had a choice of sherbet or ice cream and the staff kindly put whipped cream and a candle on his. A very fun informal evening!

Delicious burgers and some nice locals. Jerry is the owner and a hoot. We loved chatting with him and then his sister-in-law and some locals then next night. People do smoke, but not overwhelming as they are considerate of non-smokers and they keep the door open (weather was perfect). Nice juke box and a pool table. Reasonable beer prices too.

This is a decent restaurant attached to the Casino and right besides the Holiday Inn where we stayed. Food was good and the service was fast. This is the only "decent" restaurant in the area. One has to travel about 30 minutes (depending on traffic) to Crescent city to find more restaurants.

We, too, had our concerns about a restaurant in a fast mart. However, the grilled salmon we ordered was incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked on the grill. The samples of smoked salmon they make were the best we've ever eaten--and we've eaten a lot. In addition, the quiet friendliness of all the staff completely won us over. Really delicious, and actually fun to eat in such a down home place!

I've been enjoying quick lunches here for several years. Everything I've ever had has been good, reasonably priced, and service is always friendly.
This time I got a grilled chicken burrito which was very good. I drove up to the top of Requa Road and enjoyed my tasty lunch overlooking the vast ocean.

Good Food in the Heart of the Redwoods! Located Directly across from the world famous Trees of Mystery!
The waitresses were run off their feet. They needed more staff for a weekend. Food was mediocre. No other place nearby so it was the only option.
