Forsyth is a city in and the county seat of Rosebud County, Montana, United States. The population was 1,777 at the 2010 census. Forsyth was established in 1876 as the first settlement on the Yellowstone River, and in 1882 residents named the town after General James William Forsyth who commanded Fort Maginnis, Montana during the Indian Wars and the 7th Cavalry at the Wounded Knee Massacre. The latte is delicious, both hot and iced. Best coffee in town. I've never tried any food so can't speak to that. The CBC offers a discount card, buy 10 get next one free. Wednesday is double stamp day.

The customer service was outstanding! They greeted the locals by name & would ask if they wanted their usual. Clean facility, tables, drink station, & restrooms. Delivered every order to the tables. Friendly staff & they spoke well to one another. They were fast with the food. Recommended good desserts for my family. Easy access from the highway. No problem parking larger vehicles. My grilled chicken on my salad smelled amazing & tasted good. Best DQ I have been to.

I was staying down the block at the Howdy Hotel with a limited beer selection - so a (very) short walk took me to the Iron Horse Saloon.
Typical pub - nice bar, very friendly service and frosty mugs of Bent Nail IPA - much more to my liking than the Bud Light at the hotel bar. The menu features good burgers and fries and lots of munchies. Next door is the casino with electronics games.
I enjoyed the excellent beer, the burger and the friendly staff.

Hungry, we swung off the interstate in search of lunch and drove into Forsyth to the Speedway Cafe. He had bean & ham soup which was delicious and I had a cheeseburger which was not bad but nothing special, although the bun was toasted and I love me a toasted bun. Walking in was like a blast from the past. The waitress was friendly and the price was reasonable.

It was late, our gas tank and stomachs were empty. This place was open and conjoined with a casino, as is much of Montana. There was salad, iceberg lettuce. There was quesadas, salmon, potatoes options, a lot of fried food, cheeseburger soup of the day, canned corn and peas side dish. The art on the wall was local and somewhat humorous. The bathrooms were not dirty. Considering how far this food had to come to get here, it was better than expected. The staff was pleasant even though they were almost ready to close when we rolled in. It appears the casino keeps longer hours and they share the bathroom.

The Hong Kong is a must stop when visiting Forsyth! Great food, delightfully overdone ambiance and Judy is super-friendly. Chicken and veggies was on point with lots of tender chicken and tender crisp vegetables and glasses of iced tea too numerous to count was just what we needed on this blistering hot Summer day as we were m-cycling through.

This restaurant was close to our hotel so we decided with kids to go here. The other reviews were so/so but we decided to try anyways. They seem to always have a taco bar which most of the family got. Kids said it was fine but my husband said there wasn't much flavor of the meat. We also got nachos to share which were fine. I got a cheese steak and it was good, nothing amazing but filled me up. They did have good fries! The kids also got ice cream after. The staff were very friendly and patient with us! Some reviews thought it was dirty...I wouldn't say it was the cleanest but it didn't deter us from eating there. I thought the price for my cheese steak was a bit high but the other prices were fine. It seemed like most of the menu were fried like foods.

M&M Pizza is probably the best kept secret in Forsyth. The food is always top quality and fresh, expertly prepared, and served promptly and with a smile.
The pizza is excellent, but so are the sandwiches, basket meals, and fried chicken.
The prices are reasonable and the place is so clean you actually notice the lack of 'cafe grime'. I did, anyway...
Check it out. It's really good family food, Duane and Sharon will treat you well, and you won't go away hungry or broke.
