Serving delicious homemade food is our specialty. Using only the freshest ingredients, we prepare meals that are flavorful and packed with a lot of love like our famous burgers, BBQ, sandwiches, and breakfast dishes. Whether you want to take the family out for dinner or catch up with a friend over a couple of beers, you can expect to enjoy some good ol’ American cooking when you visit Willow Ranch.
I had their 1/2 rack of baby back ribs which were a little tough but the BBQ sauce which I thought was the best I ever had more than made up for it.I'm sorry our ribs weren't to your liking this time -- that doesn't sound like our usual. It sounds like our famous BBQ was just your style, though! I hope you'll give us another chance to fully impress you soon! Best wishes, Mandy B., Manager

It is Starbucks! and they have a drive thru. What's not to like about a drive thru Starbucks.
I had my own cup, that I had filled with hot water, the barista was happy to pour the water out and fill it with a hot latte.

Indian cuisine with vegan and vegetarian food.
Delectable Indian Cuisine! Authentic, beautiful flavors and perfectly spiced. I usually order the Matar Paneer and my Husband enjoys the butter chicken. We always get the Garlic Naan which, is the best we've ever had. Large building, plenty of parking. Attentive service. We will be back, again and again..

Really enjoyed the food, very fresh and leans toward Salvadoran food. Very spicy but we were warned numerous times. Avoid dessert, totally tasteless chocolate cheesecake. Rice was a bit bland but fajitas were tasty and fresh.

Elsy's is a food truck parked next to the gas station at the HWY 5 off ramp in Buttonwillow, Ca - almost straight ahead as you exit the Hwy northbound.
Two very friendly workers making delicious food. My tamale was fresh and light, full of tender chicken. My pork taco perfect.
This was the perfect place to stop and eat while speeding north on Hwy 5 in the Central Valley.

Stopped on a drive back from Riverside and was very disappointed. The service was slow (at best), they did not offer several breakfast menu items (ie cinnamelts) and the bathrooms were disgusting. We had stopped here several times before on journeys to Bakersfield and back and it is hard to understand how service has fallen off so far. The is plenty of parking available and it is relatively convenient off the freeway. We enjoyed the items we did get (McD's consistent quality)store # 3029 Sun Dec 20

Tacos are not all the same - when we called here, the food was fantastic, tasty and light, melt in the mouth. This visit really proved surprizing. Would highly recommend this taco bell !

The manager of this place was young, enthusiastic, and helpful. He was all over the place making sure people were happy. My wife and I were not very hungry because we were planning on a big steak dinner in Barstow that evening (my review of the Idle Spurs Restaurant will show we weren't thrilled with it either).
In order for me not to eat my usual Bacon Western Double Cheeseburger I saw a picture of the cheese and bacon fries and asked my wife to get one for me. Wow, it was astonishing that the picture of french fries with cheese and bacon was so attractive looking but the delivered product probably had less than a fourth of those two items. As the manager was actively circulating the restaurant delivering food and helping others I asked him to take a look at what I had been given. He confirmed that the topping was correct and asked if I would like more. Yes, please. When he returned the new topping was probably about half of what was shown in the picture and the bacon didn't look nearly as appealing.
Now, I'm not naive enough to believe everything I see or hear but the disparity between what was pictured and what was delivered was huge. The photos in every Cart's Junior ought to be taken down or the delivered dish ought to come a whole lot closer to what they depict. This was one of the more blatant bits of puffery I've seen in some time.

Safe yourself the agony and do not stop here! This place is awful. The employees and owner do not know the meaning of customer service. My husband and I stopped at the Starbucks that is located adjoining to this Subway. We purchased drinks there and decided to enjoy them outside. There were seating in front of the Subway that appeared to be open for anyone since there were no signs saying anything different. I sat down on one end of the bench and the other end came flying up and knocked me to the ground. The only thing that saved me from cracking my head and really hurting myself was that I broke my fall with my hand. I went into the restaurant to inform the employees of the incident. There was no one to be found. I waited and then I called out. Someone finally came out from the back. I told her what happened and she seemed uninterested. With some coaxing, I got her to follow me outside so I could show her the defective bench. She did not appear to know what to do so employee number 2 was brought into the picture. She at least realized that she should do something with the bench so she removed it from the brackets but left the brackets there where someone could be hurt. I suggested taping it off and putting a sign up so no one would sit there. Employee #3 came out talking on a cell phone in a foreign language and he asked me if I had been a customer of Subway. I told him that we had purchased drinks at Starbucks. He said something to the person on the phone then told me that I would have to inform Starbucks. I told him that it didn't matter where I was a customer or if I had been a customer at all, the bench was the property and responsibility of Subway. I was told the owner was on his way to come and speak to me. 30 minutes later he still had not arrived so I went back into the rest. to see how much longer. I was told that he was not coming. Needless to say I was pissed!! The employees didn't even ask if I was ok, if I needed something to drink, or ask for my name or phone number. I called the corporate office the next day and filed a complaint. I received a call from an individual who identified himself as the owner's son-in-law and said he owned a Subway in Modesto. He appeared to be concerned and offered to provide me with the name and number of the insurance company. I told him that was not necessary at this time, but would contact him if my injury didn't go away in the next couple days. He said he wanted to send me a Subway gift card as a gesture so I provided him with my address to send it to. I did not receive it and called him back to inform him of this. He said he would check into it and call me back. I never received a call back or the gift card. Obviously lack of concern and follow thru runs in the family. I noticed that the Buttonwillow Subway is used to receiving poor reviews. It does not appear that this was a one time incident. For this reason, I recommend that if you are passing thru town on the freeway, do not stop here, wait for the next exit and find another Subway. I do not recommend this one for service or safety!!
