Excellent buffet, loved the fresh fruit, sausage, freshly baked pastries, etc. Delicious made to order omelet (card on table for item selection). Enjoyed tea bag selection & thermal carafe of hot water so I could enjoy more than one cup. Also like the big mugs, not just small size cups. Iâm not fond of package liquid flavored creamer cups , but I requested milk or half & half, a little pitcher was brought to our table for my tea. Was very crowded due to all of us at the convention next door, but buffet foods were always replenished & our waiter frequently stopped at the table to check on us . We ate here 2 mornings and it was a great way to start the busy day.Thank you for being our guest at Brazos Grille before your event. We are pleased to know the selections on our breakfast buffet were so overwhelming it was difficult to make a decision as to where to start! Whether you are hosting an early morning business meeting, enjoying a family breakfast out, or savoring some morning "me" time, we look forward to your next visit with us for our fabulous breakfast buffet.Sincerely,Hospitality Team

They may not have the giant selection of other bars in town, but Dancing Bear has the highest quality selection on a consistent basis. The barkeeps are also more than happy to talk beer with you and help you make a decision.

YUMMY! I absolutely LOVED the burger salad at the Salty Dog. I enjoyed the delicious hamburger patty topped with thick fried bacon and drizzled in bleu cheese crumbles. The salad bowl was piled high with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, bacon bits and cheese. The next time I will get the same salad but I will have to choose between the Porky and the Mouth of the South. This salad was $9.99 but can easily make two meals for one person. I really enjoyed this "bunless" burger.

It's not a restaurant...it's a wine bar that serves food...according to the owner Wyn. However, the food I've had is always delicious. It's limited on quantity so you have to check out the daily specials early and place an order. Love the burgers and the crab cakes are excellent. The wine is also a great assortment. I'm lucky to have found a favorite and the staff is great knowing my drink. Michelle, Nikki and Jeremy are excellent at their jobs and knowing faces and our favorites. The décor is eclectic and sitting outside is always fun too and you can smell the grill at work from the chef Jason. Hope to see you all soon !!

Or so the very friendly staff says. We were staying in Waco for just one night and the local police suggested Barnett's for a drink - they had live Trivial Pursuit the night we were there and a bartender who loves his job and whiskey, Had a great time just soaking in local flavors. No food, but good drinks

We stopped here during the week for dinner and found it easily with parking beside it.It is a rustic environment and has indoor picnic tables as well as outdoor covered patio with tables, an open activity area and a stage outside. There was plenty of seating available as well as a large bar with stool seating. We arrived somewhat behind a very large group so there was a line to order but didn't take terribly long as they did have two people taking orders. They have a bar/grill food menu along with regular down home food.We ordered The Shed which was your choice of fried and choice of meat on top.So we got the waffle fries with chicken and turned out to be LOADS of waffle fries on top of a bed of melted cheese and a much smaller amount of shredded chicken on top with some pico de gallo and shredded lettuce on top.It was good at the start but quickly turned less so when the fries got cold and soggy and the then at the bottom the fries were soggy and drenched in the cold melted cheese. The idea is novel BUT would prefer less fries and more salad and chicken but it was still real good. The cost was $8 and then a 16 oz. drink for $2 so we were content. We had eaten here on a visit last year and enjoyed the food although we ordered something different so that's why we came back and tried another different item.Would probably return again if in town and wanting this type of food as they do have a varied menu. The large group was very noisy and put that with the loud music and a little to much noise for us.

Delicious Food, Great Atmosphere, Friendly Staff. Lunch time with the kids (age 11, 8, and 3)We came in to cool off on a hot day. A great stop as we walked from the suspension bridge, to the Dr Pepper Museum, and Magnolia Market. The buffalo chicken sandwich is SOOO good. Maybe a little too good, as I am craving it and live across the country. We would love to have you back for another buffalo chicken sandwich the next time you're in Waco, Jackie! We're so glad you and your kids enjoyed your time with us, and we appreciate your review!
