This is a hidden gem. I moved to this area two years ago and go here every couple months. Good quality , good drinks and service. Tasty wings, burgers, waffle fries, salads, fish... all is pretty good. A really cool place in a fantastic and still under appreciated location in stamford. It's a perfect neighborhood bar by the beach. Caters to all- families, solo, couples etc. bottom line: new staple for me, I'll be here a lot!

Wonderful service in a bar kinda like Cheers from the old days - everyone knows your name, bartenders are fast, efficient and very friendly. Bands on Saturday night during summer, love the patio, water feature - plenty to do, or just hang out and soak up some rays. Inside is clean and Kyle can sure make a mean patty melt. Rich is owner and you would not know it as very approachable. Love coming to see John behind the bar for his quick wit. I've been coming just over two years and completely consistent on all levels.

Iâve eaten at Zodyâs a few times and have never been disappointed. This is located on Brennen Golf Course and open to the public. Food is great with large, inexpensive portions. The bar and restaurant have a great, lively atmosphere. Always a good experience.

I come here all the time for a good time without all the "kids" in the downtown bars. The atmosphere is cozy with lots of seat at the bar and comfy chairs and couches around the larger room. Bartenders are super-friendly... after all it is a hotel bar, even to first-timers and solo patrons. Menu is good with all sorts of options. Specials are outstanding and the new bar deals for football, Tuesday tastings, and Thursday beer & wine deals are a great bargain! Come with friends or alone and you'll have a great night!

We arrived on a Friday night around 7:10. It was the first warm night of the season so there was a huge lingering happy-hour crowd inside and out, merging with all of the other dining and entertainment patrons. Quite frankly it looked like chaos but we figured weâd give it a try anyway because the crowd was so energizing. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the staff who handled the chaos as if it were just business as usual. The hostess was cheerful, informative, very efficient and had us seated within 2 minutes of our arrival. Our server and floor staff took orders, delivered, cleared and billed very promptly. All were personable, efficient and consistently available for any request. The atmosphere is hip and energetic and the crowd is diverse and fascinating. And to top it off, every dish we ordered was outstanding. Beef carpaccio was the best since Italy, grilled lamb chops with fresh mint superb, seared shrimp wonderfully seasoned and delicious crab cakes. The combination of service and quality would have been remarkable on a moderate night but on such a crazy, busy night it was simply astonishing. All employees were hard working, enthusiastic, personable and cooperative with one another. They all seemed to share the common goal of satisfying the customer. Thatâs a rare thing and I know it doesnât happen by accident. Our complements to management for the selection, training and incentives to create such an impressive staff. The entire operation shines in contrast to other establishments. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our dining experience and will of course return soon.

I had a special of the house that night...chicken breasts on a bed of chumus sausce. Fresh, delicious and plentiful. Our friend ordered the hanger steaks which were also excellent. The fourth person ordered a corned beef sandwich. The deli was incredible and we learned that they still make their own corned beef and pastrami. I forgot to mention that I had gazpacho soup for and appetizer. The others had the brisket egg rolls and a salad. Again plentiful an excellent. I noticed that there was a bad review from Oct 2016. If that review was correct, things have certainly changed since the management and service were both excellent.

My husband and I pass by this place almost every day. Since it is Stamford's annual restaurant week we tried it for lunch. The decor was nice, we had the pre fix menu for lunch. I had the dumplings, my husband had the sweet pepper dish. I had the Fosters fish and chips, He had the Australian meat pie. The service was good waitress was nice. The reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars. when I order fish and chips. The fish was delicious. I expect a decent size fish. The fish was the size of a piece of shrimp tempura. Maybe it was the lunch for restaurant week, I felt they were skimpy on the size of the fish. I can go other places for lunch and the size of the fish were bigger. We will try this place again when it's not restaurant week. for dinner.

I love this place! The cuisine is elevated bar food, they have hard cider (a must for me), and itâs a unique style of various different âroomsâ spread through the space. Very cozy and makes me feel like Iâm in Ireland - or at least not in my own state!

I did a walk through when the WFAN sports DJs were visiting recently. The place was very quiet for a Friday afternoon and the WFAN crew wasn't drawing any attention. The place seemed okay, but had no special draw. They do not have any dedicated parking. Worth a visit, if you are a sports person. I never hear of Bobby V being there for any reason. I sense he just let them use his name for a little piece of the action.
