It Was Advertised That On Veterans Day That Little Caesars Was Giving Veterans A Free Pizza Until 2PM. When We Got To This Little Caesars Restaurant At 1PM, About Five Of Us Veterans Were Told That They Had Already Given Out Their Allotted Number Of Pizzas (20 In Total) And Were Not Giving Out Anymore. They Were Not Out Of Pizzas And We Were There Prior To The Deadline Time Of 2PM. They Just Plain Did Not Want To Give Out Anymore Pizzas. The Advertisements Never Stated A 20 Pizza Daily Limit. If A Company Is Going To Say That It Is Going To Honor Its Veterans, Then It Ought To Do So In Accordance With Its Advertisements. The Company Should Also Always Keep Its Word To Maintain Its Integrity. Veterans Stand For The Integrity Of Our Country. Should They Not Also Be Treated With Integrity Also????

No dining area as is common with this chain. The waiting area has a ball machine and some chairs and the business itself is fairly small. They have some one toppings and the pretzel pizza ready to go when you order. If you order a pizza with other toppings, it will take awhile longer, about 15 minutes. The people there were really friendly, the place was clean and the order was correct.
We were on a long road trip when we stopped in Sierra Vista for the night. It was Superbowl Sunday so we just wanted to stay in our room & watch the game. So I researched the pizza delivery options on the internet & I wasn't liking the Papa John's website as I just wanted to see their menu - I did not want to place my order via the internet & I couldn't seem to do that. It wanted our address & stuff before I could get any further, which was difficult when calling from a hotel. So I was looking at the other choices when my husband decided that since Papa John's is a sponsor of the Superbowl, we should try their pizza. So I called them & just ordered what we would call a deluxe pizza - they call it the Works. It was delivered in 35 minutes - not bad. I liked it better than my husband. I enjoyed the garlic sauce also. I was surprised that they didn't include any paper plates & napkins like most other pizza delivery places do when delivering to hotel rooms. But we made do. We have no Papa Johns near where we live, so the only time we might try them again would be on a future road trip.

The lunch buffet may lack variety, but the salad bar is fresh and adequate, and the pizza choices are just fine. Plus, they'll make a pizza for the buffet if your choice isn't already there. Finally, unlike other buffets, we've never gotten sick after eating at the pizza hut buffet. Apart from the buffet, the pizzas here are excellent. We like the crust to be crispy and they're very good about cooking our pizzas longer to get the crispy crust.

Shockingly pleased. I came in with low expectations and walked out ecstatic with my chicken strips and onion rings experience. The chicken strips were cooked to perfection. They were lightly sprinkled with batter / seasoning and hot and juicy inside. I asked for my onion rings extra crispy, and they could not have been more perfect.Service was fast and friendly, and the server was highly attentive. The dining room was clean. Parking was convenient, and the price was reasonable.

We order at least once while visit Sierra Vista for 6 weeks. Its always fresh and hot when picking it up. Delicious! Today's order was good but we ordered pepperoni and cheese, not sure if there was any pepperoni on it. So just a good cheese pizza. The spinach and bacon was also very good.
The pizzas were reasonably priced, any 11 inch for $7.00 and quite tasty. No one in the crew was intentionally rude and it was adequately staffed to give quick service. There is out door seating available and adequate indoor as well. The biggest detraction was it is just too loud in side, having an adverse effect on our mealâs enjoyment; perhaps sound absorbing tiles are missing. There was a very unnecessary hyper and loud element among the crew; the hyper element caused us to slow down our transaction. We wanted to be in a relaxed environment and were not! The crew members were shouting (not angry) to each other and doing loud and annoying High School type cheers adding to the noise cacophony. The cashier made an error on our transaction as she unnecessarily broke her concertation away from us to say hello to people coming in; please be complete with one customer at a time, thus errors and suddenly ignoring the customers you are with and causing mistakes to be made, ruffling feathers of all, will be very preventable! A more productive work and customer friendly dining environment will result.

Placed an order and it said it would be 15 minutes. We were surprised at how little time they quoted. We go through the window, pay and then they come back to the window and state it is not out of the oven yet. We wait at the window about ten minutes. They come back, tell us it should not be much longer and ask us to pull back around to let another car up. We move, get back in line, get to the window, tell them our info and again, it is not ready. This time the lady says that it is not even in the oven yet and that the oven is packed. Another five minutes before they ask us to pull around again. We get behind two cars this time who get their orders quickly. We get to the window, wait about 5 minutes before anyone even opens the window though we can see them clearly, three employees talking and drinking soda. When they come to the window, get our information and again tell us it is not ready. We ask when it will be ready and she says this time itis in the oven, it should only be a few more minutes, delivery was busy and they have to get deliveries made before carry-out. The whole time delivery drivers are coming in and out of that door, so we could see delivery was busy, we cannot get delivery from anyone where we live and an accurate time is all we asked. We could of waited to pick it up. We wait another five minutes and then our pizza is given to us. One box feels hot the other is actually cool. Annoyed, but whatever. We drive home and then realize... they did not put any sauce on one of our pizzas even though it is clear on the receipt. Buffalo sauce as the sauce on the bottom as well as the drizzle. Both are missing. Maybe they were out but all that time that we were waiting they could of mentioned it to us. The pizza was poorly cut as well as topped, missing sauce on one of them, the customer service is terrible and they cannot accurately quote a time. Carry-out comes second to delivery.
