I've been here with my family twice recently, & this Pizza Hut has gone downhill significantly. On both occasions, it took the staff an unbelievably long time to greet us & take our order. This was all the more strange since we were the only dine-in customers at the time. As for the food itself, it was so-so. When I ordered a pizza with spinach, they put the spinach on after the pizza was cooked. It was quite literally a pile of spinach leaves on top of the pizza. The whole place has a run-down, shabby look, which is a shame since it used to be a nice place to eat. The staff was friendly once they spoke to us, but we won't be going back.

We ordered a pizza and salad. When I asked her for a clean napkin (it had pizza sauce on it). She rolled her eyes at me, never brought it so I went to an empty table and grabbed my own. We didnât want to ask for any thing else because we didnât want her doing anything to our salad or pizza I would never go back there again. Hi Ann. I have spoken to your server. Sandra, who has worked for the company for 4 years, did not hear you ask. Otherwise, she would have absolutely given you a napkin. I only ask you to give her the benefit of the doubt. While you suggested 'something' would have been done to your food if you asked for anything is offensive. Your suggestion that a career service industry worker would tamper with food when she is performing her job is awful. A request for a napkin that she did not hear, which again, I'm asking you to acknowledge her point of view, does not rise to the accusation that your food would be tampered with. She is working today, if you would like to come in and speak to us face to face, please do. I would love to settle this matter and for you to talk with her to see what kind of person she is.

Had lunch at Mr. Gatti's with family and friends, at the request of their children. This establishment is similar to Chuck E. Cheese, without the youth related entertainment and is subpar in quality. The quality, the ambiance, and the service is the worst that we have ever experienced. If you are thinking about taking the kids to Mr. Gatti's, think again.

The restaurant is located at the Grape Creek Winery. The pizza is light and crusty. The toppings are unique. The arugula pizza was fantastic. Wines served are from the winery, so if you want something different you can't get it. It's a good place to stop and relax. The food is paid separately from the wine.

Some of the best pizza we have had. Ordered the Spicy Italian and it did not disappoint. Also had a spinach salad with apples & pecans...delicious! We had a fantastic waiter that helped with suggestions. He was awesome. We were visiting for a few days...wish this place was closer to home. Bonus - 1/2 price large pizzas in Monday & Tuesdayâs.
