Visited twice for some of the best - and most reasonably priced - coffee have had for a while. Outside seating area very cool too. An unexpected delight in a small Romanian town. Pizzas looked and smelt good too.
Andreea and her family are wonderful hosts! We were not guests of their guesthouse, and came only for drinks mostly. But they were very accomodating and friendly! The food was very good. Andreea recommended us some local dishes and drinks, as well as some Tuica her family makes. When we return to romania, we have no doubt we will stay here! This is an experience with friends, not any old restaurant.

We ate here twice whilst visiting the area, the food was delicious both times, very very busy though so we had quite a wait but it was worth it!Waitresses could be a bit friendlier but they were absolutely ran off their feet! good value for money - highly recommend! The Quattro fromagio pasta and the pasta with pesto were both amazing!

This is the worst place I've ever visited in Bran. 20 minutes to place a order (the terrace was half empty), 50 minutes to receive the order (the food was really bad - undercooked and chewy), 20 minutes to receive the check - so almost 2 hours for nothing. I really don't recommed this place. I ate here in 2016-2017 and nothing changed...

stepping into a Romania sphere with italian food is nice. The music is a little loud and all played ( this evening) on the harmonica. However the food is excellent, nice pasta's and pizza's and not expensive.Definately going back.
Very nice Italian restaurant with great pastaâs and very good pizza. Nice and very friendly service and staff.
We stayed in Bran over the Halloween weekend, buy as we're traveling around Europe, we're on a budget! This seemed like one of only a few places in Bran where you don't get over charged just for being there. So off we went to grab some cheap eats.We shared a margerita pizza for lunch, at 16 lei it was decent enough. Cooked in a proper wood fired pizza oven, and you even see the dough being made into the base fresh per order. Great! It was just what we needed and for the equivalent of about £3 more than fair on price. We did intend to check out a different place for dinner, but couldn't bear to spend double or more on what TA reviews described as tourist trap food.So we came back to this trusty pizzeria and ordered 2 pizzas this time, the mushroom one and the Parma ham one, both good, again made fresh to order, and can really recommend the mushroom one! We took them away to eat in our hotel (they no tables inside FYI). Both good sized pizzas cost 42 lei together or around £8.50. Decent, tasty and we'll prices good food in the middle of Bran. Go!

We knew the place, we've been there before, we had just pizza. But yesterday we took my grandson to visit Dracula's Castle in Bran and we needed a place for lunch. We remembered the place and went there. My family loved the place and the decorations. We found out that the cook was Italian, which explains why the food tastes to good and looks so good. He brings the spices from Italy! We had pizza, skinless sausages on the grill, grilled chicken, salads, coffee, fresh fruit juice, Tiramisu. All was perfect! The staff was so friendly, they do speak languages, so it makes it easy to get what you want. My grandson tried the pizza with nutella and mascarpone, he loved it!There were many foreigners there, they seemed satisfied. Above the restaurant there is a B&B. My husband went up to see the rooms, we may stay overnight sometime, on our next visit. It is important also that the trattoria Al Gallo is ten minutes away from Bran Castle, known as Dracula's Castle, not far from the shops and the local market with souvenirs, food, toys, cards. We are definitely returning there with family and friends. I strongly advise a visit.I could add that the portions are large, appetising. The prices are decent, affordable. You will feel the most important person there!PSThey were getting ready for Easter, that is why you will see a porcelain rabbit on each table.
