Delicious!!!! Had the lamb Gyros!! Came with a spinach salad, equally delish with generous helpings of feta and cranberries, red onion (not your average "side salad"!) pizza smelled and looked appetizing as well. It was a hopping place, we got in before a bigger line formed. For good reason, and would be worth the wait.

Pietroâs Pizza brings fond memories to families in Portland. Everybody can remember their favorite restaurants when they were a kid, and for many people in Milwaukie, Salem, Hood River, and Beaverton, itâs the delicious thin crust pizzas from Pietroâs. Pi
It was Easter mid-day and we didn't have much time so decided to stop at Pietro's Pizza for lunch. Very few people but service was not the friendliest! Our first time visit, asked questions and was complicated to understand how it works. Ended up with individual size pizza (small), with topics of our choice - too spicy, too crunchy, to solty... Large dining area but only one small bathroom for women - had to stay in line!

The Skylight Theater and Pub has been completely remodeled sometime in the last couple of years. It now has big, very comfortable leather seats. The food has changed some as well. It used to be the menu was the same upstairs in the theater as downstairs in Andrew's Pizza. Now the Skylight Theater has a create your own pizza choice and make your own salad. You can still go downstairs and get a slice of pizza or a standard salad or a breadstick and bring it up to the theater. You just can't order it upstairs. Food options seemed to be a little less expensive downstairs in Andrew's.Note: New releases and popular movies sell out quickly. Go at least 45 minutes early to buy tickets. You can go wander Hood River or get some food downstairs, but be sure to come back to get your seats at least 15 or 20 minutes before show time. Otherwise, you may not get seats together.Be advised, that minors are not allowed in the last showing of the evening. Check the website for more details.

Came on a Friday evening as there was a long wait at the brewery across the street but we were seated immediately here. Should have been a big clue. While the waitress was friendly, the service was horrible. We were immediately served warm water but it took awhile to put in a drink order and even longer to receive the drinks. We figured we would order an appetizer to tide us over while we waited for our pizza since the menu stated pizza takes 30 mins. Twenty five minutes later we still did not have our chips and salsa and had to track down the waitress to inquire about it. We thought chips would be a quick serve. People who came in after us, sitting in a different section, received their food before us. Not sure if the waitress forgot to put the order in or if the kitchen missed it. Waitress brought our drinks but did not bring the correct beer ordered and then disappeared. Despite asking about our pizza after 45 mins, it took nearly an hour to come to the table. The pizza had an overcooked crust causing it to be stale like and it was not good. The restaurant was very hot as the air condition would only come on for a few minutes at a time. It was actually cooler outside. So disappointed in this dining experience!

The Breadsticks and Dipping Sauce were no doubt the best I've ever experienced. They were fresh and amazing... I wished I had stopped there. I ordered a slice of pizza as well and something was quite up to par - It must have been sitting a bit as it was not exceptional. Overall the experience was good - Thanks!

On a Friday evening, the place was packed with locals and people visiting. Very good and friendly atmosphere. Interesting selection of beers and ciders. I opted for a "Hop Lion" with a small version of Buffy pizza which was already big enough ! The pizza was tasty with a thin crust.I recommend the place for its atmosphere and its choice of drinks and food.

Beneventi's Pizza is a casual dining spot that offers good Pizza's, Sandwiches & a Salad Bar at reasonable prices. Try The Beneventi Pizza for a blast of: Canadian bacon, pepperoni, salami, Italian sausage, green pepper, black olives, tomato, pineapple, extra cheese and ground beef.. its Pretty awesome! Their White Water Pizza is another of my Fav's when I want a different type of Pizza. White Water Pizza has Garlic ranch sauce, tuscan chicken breast, red onions, olives and artichoke hearts. I come here a lot-mostly taking it to go- but my last stop yesterday was for lunch and I ate it there. The Grinder Sandwiches are really Good, and one that isn't on their online menu is the Pulled Pork Grinder- using 18 hour smoked pork, with pickles and slaw. I'm a big guy but I took half of it home to eat later.. and it was delicious! Last but not least they offer a really nice Salad Bar where you can load up on pretty much everything you want to make a Huge salad with all the toppings.

Weâve been a fan of this place before it moved across the river because they used wonderful local fruits and vegetables in a wide array of cooking styles. This hasnât changed at all. We started the meal with their hand cut truffle fries then moved on to an heirloom tomato peaches toast with a unique goat cheese and herb spread. We then ate one of their pizzas, Cremini Mushroom and goat cheese with a sprinkling of mozzarella pizza. It was loaded with mushrooms but I just didnât think the crust was terrific. It needed to remain a wee bit longer in the brick oven. And perhaps a bit more mozzarella. My only other complaint and this is a problem with many Hood River restaurants, they are not air conditioned. On a stifling hot minimal breeze evening like last night sitting on their outside eating area was miserable. But eating indoors probably as bad. And when we left after 9 pm the place was still packed!
