Frequented this location many times until I stopped ordering delivery and dropped in for take out. Watching some staff prepare your food makes the decision easy to leave. Folks walking in from having a smoke, no hand washing, handling money, texting on their phones all in while preparing food. Have not been back

Visited this place late in the evening yesterday as most of the places were closed by then. The place looks very average with nothing fancy about seating area. BUT then the pizzas are very delicious. We ordered the Tomaso's/Works, Pesto Sopresa and garlic bread. The crust was perfect, toppings were generous, sauce was yummy. Probably one of the best in HRM. Price is reasonable for the quality of the pizza served.

Excellent thin crust pizza. Service was great, friendly staff made a late lunch extremely enjoyable. Parking was a bit of an issue but because of 3pm lunch/dinner time managed to get a spot. Will be back there on my next visit to Halifax!

I traveled from Alberta on business and stayed at the hotel next door. My colleagues and I ate at the restaurant most days during our stay. I have to say the Donairs were excellent served by a friendly and outgoing lady. Thanks for the warm hospitality and I will definitely be back when I'm in town. Save a place for me at the table!

Nayya Pizza and Grill has an excellent variety of Mediterranean dishes and specialties on their extensive menu. I tried something called a Pictou County Traditional Combo pizza in the largest size available. I have to say that it was excellent. This was my first visit to this restaurant in my neighborhood but it will not be my last. The staff including the chef were super friendly and expansive, explaining the ingredients and the menu in general. I was only there for take-out after work but could not help noticing the clean and modern physical surroundings including (and especially) the kitchen area. I also, like very much the fact that one can actually obtain a beer or two on the premises. This is a definite plus for me. All told, an extremely nice venue to have in our high population density area. A definite âmust visitâ or in my case, âmust visit againâ.

You could tell it was good because the line was long. This food truck is brought to you by two brother's who obviously have a passion for authentic Italian pizza. The crust is ah-mazing! Perfectly cooked, a feast for your eyes and belly. The truck even has it's own herb and vegetable planters right outside the window that they harvest fresh ingredients from. They were offering Margharita, Carnivoro, a vegetarian, and another kind I can't remember. There is personal, medium and large sizes I think. It took about 15 mins- which is kind of long for a food truck, but it was worth the wait. You can even hire them to host a pizza party for you, or come to your wedding for a late night snack!I tried it at the Tantallon Farmer's Market Food Truck Rally.I would track this truck down again!

We ordered a pizza with the works. It was the best pizza we've dated in a long time!! Lots of toppings, delicious sauce and awesome crust!! Next time I'm in the city, I'll definitely try more of their menu!

This is a semi regular neighbourhood haunt for my spouse and I and on our most recent visit we were once again, extremely well served. The gourmet pizzas are the specialty of the house and they do not disappoint in any way. We had both the Three Mongers and the Lumberjack. Both were extremely well crafted and delicious. The tart was outstanding and it sets a whole new level of desert excellence. Our server was attentive and very informative. Highly recommended for a very pleasant evening out.
