We are repeat guest at the Osteria which serves the best Food in town. Consistent high quality - and in combination with the Gelatteria below an unbeatable offering when it comes to desserts. Typically, a salad easily feeds two. Their home-made pasta are world class and if you order their vino di casa you get a very decent wine at a very reasonable price. At times, service can be sluggish. And do not forget to book in advance, particularly on weekends.

If you are looking for a quick lunch while in Waldshut-Tiengen for shopping for example, this might be a place to go.Do not expect complicated, refined meals but traditional pizzeria food.Pizza, pasta e basta!The service is quite fast and efficient, the prices are really correct and the food is good.

It is for sure one of the best pizza I have ever had in Switzerland. Good prices, outstanding quality and nice service. Forget the "pizzas" in kebab places, this is a real one!The big wooden table outside is good if the temperature is reasonable however we are a bit afraid for the winter season that is coming. We cannot stop going there!

Picone's ristorante would be an excellent choice for lunch! If you like simple food and big portions, you should definitely go to Picone's! For lunch there are different options (soup or/and salad) + something from the menu = 13.50-22.00 CHF. If you go for Cordon bleu, bear in mind that it is huge! It is minimum 350 gr! It is better if you share it with someone else, especially if you take soup first, which is actually also very good! Service is great - fast, efficient, not annoying. Pleasant outside sitting area.

This restaurant is nice and prepares good pizzas with a wood oven. What impressed me is the quality of the filet prepared very well with porcine mushrooms. Service is extremely gentle.

Back to that place after a few months and I'm positively surprised that my previous review is still actual!We have tested this time the Rumpsteack and the beef filet. Both were excellent and well presented!Service is fast and efficient.

The Neapolitan style pizza in this restaurant is really good. I had a Margherita and the mozzarella was real (not just a "pizza cheese"), the tomato sauce really tasty and on top some generous amount of fresh and perfumed basil leaves!The other pizzas also looked very good.We had also tortellini panna e prosciutto for one of my daughter and chicken nuggets for the other daughter, then two bottles of water, two beers, 1 tiramisu, 1 lemon sorbettp, two ice creams for the kids and two espressi. Total bill: 71 EUR. Not bad, isn't it?A speciality: at the end of the meal, they bring you a small bottle with home made limoncello for free. It is enough for some 4 small liqueur glasses!

Ordered a soup as a main dish as I wasnt very hungry. Was assured it was sufficent and large. What I received was a broth with absolutely nothing in it. I asked for bread ..the bread was old. My partner's risotto / fish was equally disappointing. And all way overpriced...

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, schmackhafte Speisen frisch zubereitet. Ich hatte mit meiner Begleitung Nüsslisalat mit Steinpilzen. Das Gericht war ein Gedicht. Anschliessend dreierlei frische Teigwaren - auch diese waren sehr köstlich. Die Portionen sind gross. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen
