Arlington Heights is a village in Cook County in the U.S. state of Illinois. A suburb of Chicago, it lies about 25 miles (40 km) northwest of the city's downtown. The population was 75,101 at the 2010 census. It is the most populous community in the United States that is incorporated as a "village", although it is not far ahead of its nearby Illinois neighboring villages of Schaumburg Illinois and adjacent Palatine.

Friends from Arlington Heights hosted us here while we were passing through town. What a fun place for dinner on a Friday evening! The weather was good, so some were dining outside along the sidewalk. Our party was large, so they gave us a long table inside. A very warm atmosphere. Well kept and clean dining room, with attractive decor. Service was courteous and efficient, while unobtrusive. The food was very good. I had lasagna, which was good (but not out of this world, and the portion was moderate in size). My wife had chicken limone, which included varied and fresh ingredients. Our son had chicken parmigiana, which he said was superb (and the portion was huge). Prices were reasonable. Since we hadn't seen our friends for a couple of years, we did a lot of talking. The staff kept out of our way, and we enjoyed our time together. Summary: a pleasant place with good food and decent prices. Nothing spectacular, but very good.

We are fans of stuffed pizza, so we ordered a pizza from Dondi's Pizza has we headed through Arlington Heights back to the tollway. The order taker was friendly and efficient. We ordered a deep dish pizza with sausage, double fresh garlic and mushrooms. The pizza was ready exactly when promised. We found that the price was reasonable, especially since we'll be eating the pizza for a couple of meals. The pizza tasted great, maybe not the best, but pretty good.

I first discovered J. J. Twiggs pizza In 1988. Now my husband and I travel full-time in our RV volunteering for the national Park system, and J. J. Twiggs is still the best nationwide. Every time we get home, J. J. Twiggs pizza is the first place we go to. We will be back every chance we get! PS love the Christmas Decor!

Used to get pizza at Wayne's now and then, but hadn't in awhile. This pizza was so salty this time. I woke up every hour to drink more water and pee!Oh, and the calamari is over breaded and over seasoned.This is disappointing to see, and it definitely does not sound like our norm. We happened to stop at my daughter's house and they had just ordered a Tortorice's pizza. It was the largest thin crust with sausage, and mushrooms on half. The pizza was very good, though I am a deep dish or pan pizza fan. The pizza was ready exactly when promised. The prices are reasonable. Check for their specials.

Our friend lives near this location and every time we visit from Florida, at least one meal comes from Barnaby's. It is a throwback to a simpler time, with wood booths, reasonable prices and good food. We carried out and our pizza was just coming out of the oven when we got there. The crust is thin, with a dusting of cornmeal for texture on the bottom. Choose whatever toppings you like, but I highly suggest the sausage-typical of Chicago pizza loaded with fennel. Yum!

This was my second time coming to Morettiâs and again they did not disappoint. Their food is phenomenal. From their Chicken Alfredo, to Pizza, to Parmesan Crusted Chicken. It is all amazing. Just rich flavors that melt in your mouth, and make you wana stuff your face until you canât no more. Plus they had Corona on tap! Iâm a huge fan of Corona, but never have I ever found it on tap before so I was super stoked about that. Love the staff, love the environment, LOVE the food! Great place and highly recommend!!
