Return visit! With a BOGO offer in hand (on the app), we had a lunch outing recently. As usual my wife and I each ordered a Homewrecker (tofu) and each customized our own as desired. There are plenty of great add-ons for whatever you're ordering, and the service on the line is great. We decided this time to get the order to go, but eating in the dining room is always a good experience if that's what you prefer.Parking nearby can be a little weird here, but if you pull in off John Ross and turn right into the first lot, you'll be close enough.

This restaurant is an average Tex-mex style restaurant claiming to be serving Mexican food. The wait staff are friendly, and efficient. The food is the big disappointment here. The corn Tortillas were chewy, and seemed stale. The food was uninspired, and definitely not authentic Mexican.Bottom line- there is far better Mexican food just around the corner.

I'm a Mexican I can say that food is pretty similar to "real Mexican food". Good sauces and excellent service, it's a good option if you like spicy or Mexican food !!!

We thought all of the El Cancun restaurants had closed. We live near Gastonia NC and years ago frequently ate at the ones in our area all of which have closed. We were in Rock Hill SC today and saw on TripAdvisor there was one in town. We had already eaten lunch at the Pump House restaurant, but we couldnât pass up the chance, so we got a to go order and took it home. We just just warmed it up and amazing! Still the best! Donât miss a chance to try when youâre in the area! The special dinner and the chimichanga are our favs. Will be driving the hour trip just to eat there again soon!

I stopped here with the family because we love Mexican food and this looked like a little "hole in the wall" establishment. I was hoping for good, inexpensive Mexican food. I got the good food, but missed out on the inexpensive part. The salsa was very good and their refried beans tasted very authentic! They did offer plenty of items on their menu, so anyone could find something to eat.Would I come back? Yes, but probably to order off their lunch menu.

Portions are generous! We didn't have to wait long for our meal. It was quite good! I would recommend thisRestaurant. Also you get a discount if you stay at the hotel next door...not bad.

In my opinion, Tequila is the best Mexican Restaurant in Rock Hill and for the most part anywhere else. I compare all I have visited to Tequila, even restaurants in Texas! The staff is friendly and the food is good and fast. The Salsa is the very best. Made fresh and served cold with warm chips Yummy! Now I have made myself hungry

1of 3 locations. The sour cream sauces special looked great. Friendly bartenders, good garlic flavor in the app-sized guacamole. They also have table side guacamole but it is larger. They have a neat selection of drinks and margaritas. The Tres Leches cake was a nice portion and very tasty. The menu seems to have many different itemsNice accidental find.

Based on the reviews here, we finally found the time to check out this highly-rated Mexican restaurant...and we're so glad we did.On a weeknight we met a friend from work. The restaurant was easy to find, tucked away in a small neighborhood strip center. Our friend does not live in Rock Hill and had no trouble finding it.The dining room is split into two parts and we were seated in the small portion just inside the front door. It's comfortable but not fussy, with some traditional Mexican decor motifs but nothing over the top.We were seated promptly and started reviewing the menu (we had already checked it out online). I ordered one of the many burritos on the menu (outstanding) and my wife ordered a quesadilla. Our friend selected the taco salad. Actually, it was rather difficult to make a choice, as there is a large variety of possibilities on the menu. Everything arrived quickly and was outstanding. Our portions were large, and my wife and I saved half for lunch the next day. This has to be the best Mexican food we've had since moving to Rock Hill. The prices are quite reasonable. Service was attentive but not obtrusive, just how I like it.If you're looking for outstanding and reasonably-priced Mexican food without a lot of fussy atmosphere, this is your place. Do not miss it!
