Good is very bland, no real flavor. I had what they called a Steak Quesadilla, about 6 pieces of gristley unseasoned meat with a tablespoon of cheese on a toasted tortilla. Beans and rice weren't hot. First time I've ever left a Mexican restaurant hungrier then I was arriving. After all the good reviews and recommendations this one fell flat. The Staff was friendly and the only bright point of our visit.

We like Sergio's when we are in the mood for Mexican. Our favorite is the Fajita Burrito, which is Fajita filling in a flour tortilla with that great melty cheese over it. Mexican beers top it off.

We have tried all the top contenders in this category, and this is the best so far. We travel to Mexico at least twice a year for the past 30 years, and this is almost as good. The family is very friendly, and mom makes her tamales by hand. Wonderful...you can tell the difference...made with love. The salsa had cumin and cilantro, which was great, but no heat, but you can add to it with the bottle sauce. The enchiladas verde lunch special was wonderful. I opted for the guacamole salad instead of the crema and it was great. My hubbie had the tamale lunch special and he said it was fantastic, and he doesn't order those out because they are the pre-frozen variety...these are the real deal. I asked the daughter, which was our waitress if mom made the chile rellenos by hand also, and she said she did. I can't wait to come back for those. Thank you for such a great meal. Please move to the Westside of the lake!!! We need you!

Excellent salsa! Tuesday nights are $1 taco nights. Its worth the stop on Tuesdays. Otherwise, average Mexican restaurant, with average service. We enjoyed the salsa so much, we were pleased to see they sold it locally in the grocery stores.

We've enjoyed a cheesy meaty dip and chips from LaTapatia and last night ordered a special burrito with beans and rice to go. The burrito was huge! Everything we've ordered has been hot, fresh, and well seasoned. Folks are nice; place is small, but SO good!

I say nice atmosphere because the decor is very tasteful. I just wish the lights over the booths were a bit brighter. Hard to read the menu. But the place was very clean--even the restrooms.Went there for lunch. I had the taco salad, which was small and barely had any lettuce in it. Salsa is very bland. We added salt to it! Prices are a bit high for lunch. We'll try again at dinner.

Authentic Mexican fresh and made from scratch. Best Margarita in town. Margarita towers. Plenty of seating for parties and events. Book your Fiesta!
