Things to do in Kirkland
This family-owned restaurant is plucky enough to succeed, but their location (in Kingsgate, a mile NORTH of Totem Lake Mall, on 132nd Ave) is a bit out of the way. Nevertheless, their warm service and flavorful food will win you over, if you can find it. (Look for the seven-eleven and park nearby)

Ate here for dinner during a recent visit to the Seattle area. Most of our dinners were very good. The only issue was the kids pizza which they kept burning the top but undercooking the bottom. Brought an alternative and it worked out. Is it "authentic?" No not really. But it was still good.

I'm a fan of TDM for quick tasty food that's a lot healthier than most options in the fast food category. And not all TDMs are created equal. I've been to this one countless times over the years, and it's always up to standard. The owner, Ralph, makes sure all is in order. If you like fast Mexican food and particularly TDM, this is a great choice.

Friends had recommended Casa Ricardo's but it more than met our expectations. Almost everything was house-made and delicious. The flavors were unique, the enchiladas were toasted, and the flan was the best I'd had. Not only was the food wonderful but service was really attentive; three different servers including our own, checked on us to see if we liked our meal. My husband tries mole sauce at every Mexican restaurant that we frequent, and he pronounced Casa Ricardo's the best he had. The drinks were yummy, too.We cannot wait to return for another delicious meal!

This restaurant appears to be a busy one because the parking lot seems to be packed when we drive by --- tonight we decided to give it a try. Service was good, and there were quite a few patrons. My husband ordered the Chimichanga dinner and I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla. My husband's comments on his dinner was that the rice, beans and Chimichanga had little flavor and this was my same comment regarding my Chicken Quesadilla. The chips were okay and the salsa was okay and the warm bean dip was a nice touch. For us, it was a been there done that experience and probably won't go again. There are different kinds of Mexican Food and this is a highly rated restaurant - in the vicinity of this restaurant our favorites are Santa Fe Mexican Grill, Milagro and Pasion Tequila.

Plaza Garcia for exceptional traditional Mexican cuisine. We make all our food fresh daily, and we follow our treasured family recipes. We use vegetable oil instead of lard, so your meal is healthier than the food you'll find elsewhere.
My family and I have been coming here since they first opened over twenty years ago. We allways have great food and wonderful, warm service. We've never had a bad meal and we've eaten here many, many times!Very affordable and family friendly.

After a long hike on a hot day we decided to stop at the Santa Fe Mexican grill. The food was amazing and was delivered quickly. We will return.

Megan O was our server and she did an excellent job. Water glasses were filled to the brim constantly and she grave great recommendation for the entree's. She gave specific recommendations instead of the "everything is good here". What a refreshing change! We had the Prawn Fajitas, Portobello Fajitas and Pescado Tacos. Wonderful food!. We also had guacamole for an appetizer - recommend that you start with that. It was very fresh and great tasting.
