This evening we enjoyed another super meal at San Luis III. I ordered one of my favorite meals here - Enchiladas Rancheras. This entree consists ofthree cheese enchiladas topped with pork tips cooked with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and enchilada sauce. It is served with your choice of salad or rice and beans. I chose to have no rice but a double serving of refried beans. My husband had the Enchiladas Rancheras with rice and beans. This is a very generously sized entree. I took home half my entree for lunch tomorrow. Even my husband couldn't finish this entree so we took a little bit of his meal home too. These dinner entrees are only $8.99, so they are really a great deal! The next time you have dinner at San Luis III, give the Enchiladas Rancheras a try.

We ate here twice. We were not impressed with the food either time. It was simply very average or even less than average Mexican food. We also thought that the service was neither fast nor attentive. There are better places to eat Mexican food than this establishment, in our opinion.

Arguably Most authentic in the Triad! The owner used to own El Rancho Taqueria in Winston. They have the best Carnitas and everything from Popusas to Shrimp to Menudo and the greatest tacos around!! Wonderful food at terrific prices. Full bar with glass bottles Coke!

Not a friendly place. Staff is not happy or interested in the customers. Apparently the manager is more interested in talking on cellphone while checking out customers. So I made him speak but still didnât get off the phone. Food was so,so.....not much flavor! Sat in a booth and almost fell getting up to leave because the seat portion was loss and the opposite side slide backward like a chair. Door handles missing on both entrance and exit doors. Basically a dump for a restaurant. In my opinion drive just up the road to Taco Bell.

Rethink your relationship with mexican... Go beyond the border!!! Serving North Carolina since 1989.
This is one of several Mexican restaurants that we like to visit in the area. Their salsa is fabulous, chunky, and packed full of veggies. They win the # 1 salsa rating for restaurants in the area. I wish they put a filled salsa dispenser on the table as our # 1 very favorite Mexican restaurant does. They are quick here to refill the little bowls of salsa and refill your basket of chips while you wait for your entree to arrive. Hubby and I both ordered the Guadalajara Dinner again. We forgot to specify beef for the taquitos and we received chicken ones. That was our error. One of my taquitos was cooked too much and I only received the tiniest dab of guacamole. The dinners were good, but we had larger portions and more impressive plates when we ordered this meal on previous visits here. We did take some of our meals home with us for lunches later in the week. We had prompt and courteous service and the manager came by our table. It was a nice lunch. Thanks for your visit, hope to see you soon again

Great Service. Good "American" Mexican food. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, don't hesitate to order off of the menu. Great drink values and by far our favorite "American" Mexican restaurant in the Triad. My wife & I visit here almost every week and the entire staff treats us just like family. The service is the best around and the food is the same. We love this place and have never had bad service or food. Been coming here ever since they opened the doors.

The first thing you notice about Pancho Villas is that they have a huge parking lot with plenty of parking. Their dining room is also large with lots of seating. Their prices are very reasonable. On this visit, my husband got their $7.50 Lunch of Chori Steak, and I got their Lunch Beef Fajitas. My husband really loved his Chori Steak. I had a taste of it and it was a bit spicy for me. My lunch fajitas had tomato slices and a grilled onion and pepper mix along with the beef strips. The fajitas were good. My rice was very bland so I added salsa to the plain Mexican rice. I was only given a very small dab of guacamole with my meal. I did notice that we were given a large bowl for the salsa which was nice. Their salsa is very good. At first we had very attentive service, and then our server seemed to disappear for a while. As we were getting ready to leave the table he read our minds and brought us refills of our drinks ($1.75) . We will certainly eat here again.
