We live close by this Taco Bell and all stop in occasionally. The last three times we have been there, the manager and staff have been exceedingly great emoyees. The manager shows great respect and attitude towards her employees and the show it back to customers and her. The manager teaches what Customer service should be!, Everywhere! She sets a great example of quality service. I woukd be proud to work with her. Keep up the great work!!!

My grandma highly recommended this place so on evening we ventured out and went there. The food was priced good and was delicious. The burritos were huge and the tacos were packed full of topping and were yummmmmmyyy!!! The people inside were super friendly and fast our food was done in like 10 minutes if even ;) my only complaint is that the music was kinda loud and it was all Hispanic music which I don't mind but I think it needs to be turned down a tad and also throw in some music in English so we can all enjoy ;) 7/10
Picked up supper last night. Ordered on line and it was ready when I got there. Plenty of food. The food was also tasty and hot.
Just like all Chipotles around the country - fresh food. Love their guac.No idea why the previous rater is blaming his/her medical problem on Chipotle. If I was to have a peanut allergy, I wouldn't eat peanut. You got gluten-allergy, you go to specific gluten-free restaurants.

I was visiting NIU for school orientation and we came across this place. Being Hispanic I am always very critical of Mexican food establishments, so I went in not expecting much. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and my daughter who will be attending NIU this fall is ecstatic that she can find good Mexican food near campus. We had the tacos, tengua, carnitas & carne asada. Very good. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the chips. All in all very good.

Maybe that's why we weren't that impressed with the food. From our perspective, it was average Mexican fare. My virgin Margarita wasn't that great. Maybe we are just spoiled because the guacamole and the enchiladas were a big hit. We had a party of eight after graduation with reservations and we were seating right away. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. Home made chips and salsa were very good. The prices were reasonable and the serving sizes were generous.

I'm grateful to the other reviewers who steered me to this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find it so spacious and nicely decorated--a far cry from a late-night taco stand. You order at the counter, but then the food is delivered to your table along with squeeze bottles of three different salsas. I had a plate with tacos al pastor and rice and beans. Everything was delicious. Then I had an ice cream cone for the road. They're quick to offer samples to taste before you decide and have lots of lovely flavors, including mango. Very nice. It's also clearly a community gathering place, with a Little Free Library out in front and lots of flyers and posters for various groups and events on display. But though most of the customers are Hispanic, there's no language barrier for non-Spanish speakers like me.

We were looking for a place to have quick dinner on a Sunday evening. Jetlagged us trudged into this Mexican place. Food was okay. It wasn't spectacular for me. The service was a bit on the lazy side although not unfriendly.

Had been going to this restaurant for years. They shutdown for a complete remodel and restaffing. After they reopened it changed. Food is not like it was. Donât know if cools changed? Food supplier? Something is not the same. Gave them a few more tryâs but Iâm done.
