This is a really great place. The food is spanish-type/influence, but with international touches. They have a nice wine list and liquor options. The wellington beef was amazing, made with serrano ham instead or patee.

Bruno Cucina surge de la tradicional y elegante cocina italiana con una pizca de modernidad y el mejor ambiente. Un lugar para recordar.
It is not an easy task to find a decent Italian meal in Querétaro. Bruno Cucina is the closest option for authentic Italian food, accompanied by excellent service. Their brunch is a fantastic opportunity to taste very good dishes, mainly Italian, but some Mexican options are also available. Huge variety of food is available, quality is very good.

The pizzas here are great, especially now that the wood oven is up and running. my wife and I share a salad (they are big and fresh) and a pizza, or a pasta dish. It's a great. Not fancy. Alessandro, the owner, is from Naples, and he's trying to recreate a little piece of home. Ask for him. He's fantastic.

You really have to try Planta Alta (top floor) a super Modern setting --open spaces industrial finish, apparent pipes, very New York-like-- inside one of the best places to go out in Querétaro (Hércules, an old factory turned into brewery/beer garden). They have an excellent choice of roasted meats and sea food (the pulpo is a must), pastas, and desserts. Prices are mid-high to high, but worth it. I gave them only four stars because their wine selection was rather poor and because they have a ventilation problem, due to its open spaces, smoke from the kitchen floods the dining area and your clothes and eyes pay the price for the restaurant's original decor. They are working on a fix for this, the manager assured us.

Mexican-Mediterranean Fusion Food
Last time I visited Queretaro I wanted to try this place out but didnât quite get round to it. So this time I took the first opportunity and headed to Chamizo. Coffee and the ricotta and blueberry salad (see photo). Coffee was good but the ensalada was totally awesome (yes, salads can be awesome! Check out the photo!). Such amazing flavours and textures. Nice spot to watch the world go by too.

This is a most in Queretaro business travel to get along with customers and either special occasions. We tried red peppers filled with tuna, solomillo, beef tongue "al chipotle" plus turron ice cream, milky rice cake and fig cake. All marinated with a good selection of Spanish and Mexican wines. Service is outstanding, environment Spanish like and prices fair for quality. Everyone finished my lunch full, satisfied and happy. Come here!!!

We wanted to gtry this place because we love pizza and it was supposed to have some of the best in town. The restaurant is centrally located in the "pedestrians only" area. It is easy to find.Although we ate early and the restaurant looked empty, we were seated right by the door. The wine list was extensive but expensive. Our pizza was OK but in no way was it "excellent". Service was OK but the waiters were not really friendly and appeared not to care whether or not we enjoyed our meal. All in all after the hype, we were somewhat "underwhelmed".

International With An Italian Touch. Honnest Food
When looking for a great Italian restaurant, multiple people recommended Fiume 37. They were right - it's a great restaurant. To put it in perspective, we had dinner at Hacienda Laborcilla the night before we dined at Fiume 37. We found both the food and service at Fiume 37 to be far superior to Hacienda Laborcilla. Excellent food, professional service, and a great atmosphere - this is the restaurant for a great meal in Queretaro.

Amazing Mexican tapas cooked to absolute perfection. I canât speak highly of the food here. Service excellent if slightly over formal. The steak tartare is incredible (full of flavour), the Spanish tortilla lovely and eggy inside, the aubergine slices are tempurered to perfection. Amazing!
