This was my first time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised. The exterior, with outdoor seating, does not do justice to what awaits inside. I was surprised by the size of the restaurant, and pleased by its decor and cleanliness. The service was friendly, fast and accommodating. The food portion size was more than adequate and flavorful. This is a place I will patronize again.

I had the gyro and it was totally tasteless. The sauce was weird. Service was great. Disappointed though. I will go back to Uptown Parthenon in west bloomfield...
Ordered the half dozen falafel, 2 lentil soups, large Arabic salad, medium hummus and shawarma plate. This looks like a legit Syrian restaurant. It was popular. The hummus is absolutely smooth, the smoothest I have ever eaten yet. Not as flavorful as I would like. I like it with a bit of Zaatar. The lentil soup is good but so much better with a good squeeze of the lemon juice to give it a bit more kick to it. The shawarma plate was really good. Great portions. The falafel look like donuts. They look good and not overcooked but I found them to be a bit flat and rather tasteless. The tahini sauce helps some but on their own they are hard to choke down on their own.The Arabic salad tasted good, but wasnât similar to the Fatoosh salad as I was told. There was no sumac and it wasnât added to the salad as the waiter had assured me he would. I will not order the large salad for myself next time, it was much to big for me and especially since I had lentil soup, hummus and some falafel too. Service is good and the place is buzzing for a Tuesday night. The quality of the food overall was quite good.

The best hummus I've ever had. The salad and lemon chicken with rice was delicious and seasoned just right. A small family business that made a lasting impression. I was only visiting the area but I hear all the food is yum. Can't wait to visit again.
Great owner, heâs always working and taking care of the place. Their bread is made fresh in a stone oven. I recommend the chicken shawarma sandwiches and Lebanese salad.

This restaurant is located at the intersection Grand River and Farmington Road. The sign is right on the window, so unless you are looking for it you may not even realize it is there. It is small: about 12 tables or so. Very simple decoration. The service is great: the waitress was friendly and wiling to explain the menu in detail. I had "Gheimeh" , a stew made with eggplant, tomatoes, split peas, dried lime and optionally meat. It comes with Lebanese rice. Very pleasant. The fattoush salad was great too. A small one satisfies two, unless that is the only dish you are eating.Ask for the garlic spread and toasted pita: very nice as well. The menu has many Mediterranean dishes such as Shish Kabob, Shish Tawook and Chicken Shawarma. But I'm told the emphasis is on Persian food.In short: good addition to the Farmington restaurant list, because it is totally different from all other options, food is good and service is great.
A nice, family restaurant tucked into a shopping center in downtown Farmington. It is a small restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere. The server was friendly and attentive. Many traditional Lebanese dishes and a number of combo plates to enjoy. Fresh, warm bread is brought to the table along with some garlic sauce. I had the Shish Tawook Classic, nicely grilled, juicy and flavorful chicken, served with rice (I found the rice moist, but a little bland) and I chose the Fattoush salad. My friend had the lamb shawarma plate, also served with rice and a salad. The meats were very tasty and the serving portions were huge.

Wow -- what a great falafel joint! This feels like a cross between a family restaurant and Middle Eastern Chipotle -- the result is fantastic food and great service. I can't imagine anyone not loving this place.

We eat here regularly. This is a small local chain. The facilities are always clean and appealing, and the food is delicious. Caution: Do not fill up on the unbelievable pita breads and garlic sauce or you wont be able to enjoy your very flavorful meal. I typically get their deboned chicken which is the hidden gem. (it's enough for 2) They have 3 flavors, and all 3 are good. Salad is great, and so it the Lentil soup! Enjoy the reasonable prices as well!
