Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
Thank You Texas de Brazil. Great Veteran's Day Tribute for two days. Aside to the great savings, it was a phenomenal dinner. Robbie was great, very attentive, was disappointed we could not eat more. The venue is great, you can wait at the bar while you wait for your table.Parking can be an issue but there is valet right up front. Make sure you ask when they will stop the service.Make room for the meal, you may want to skip the salad bar but do not. Not a large selection but just enough, Good selection of cheeses, meats, vegetables. Loved the grilled pineapple and salmon.Side bar of soup and sides. The selection of the meats were awesome. Eat until you are past full, just keep the coaster on green. Lamb chop was the best, very succulent and tasty. The fajita was moist and unreal. The bacon wrapped filet was great. The spicy sirloin was great. The pork roast was unbelievable, moist and tender. There were more options but to say but those were my favorites. The bread served took us for a loop, Cheese bread warm and flavor.Kinda gooey in the middle. wow. There was dessert but there was no room. A must visit and again and again.Thank you for the free meals which was not cheap. There were plenty of other veterans that also truly enjoyed their meal. Like Arnold said "I'll be back"

Nice facility with good waitstaff but service was a little slow. Seems to be over-priced for the meals that were served. The "enchiladas ala chipolte" lacked flavor but had plenty of chicken in them. The "Camarones a la Rebecca" had good sized shrimp but the bacon was way undercooked, almost to the point of being raw.

I meant, we order the stake plate, the meat and beans were fine, the rice and guacamole not that good The corn tortillas are just made and good, but the flour tortilla is taste less and hard as soon as it gets cold For a fast mexican restaurant, itâs just ok Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience at our restaurant. We have taken note of your comments, and are working hard to make sure that your next visit is one of a better impression. We hope to have the chance to better serve you.

When we walked in it smelled great and service was very friendly and prompt. The 3 sauces for the chips were great. The chimichurro sauce was their house favorite. Lots of garlic and spice. The chicken cauldo was good especially after we added some chimichurro, then it was super. I had the shrimp nachos ( canât remember the name on the menu. It was excellent, my husband had enchiladas and chili relleno. He said it was good but nothing special. As the meal went on the service faltered and we sat for over 10 mins waiting for the check after the plates had been removed. All and all though we did enjoy it and would go back.

In my opinion this is probably the best restaurant in McAllen. My wife and I recently were in McAllen and ate there twice. The ambiance and decor is kind of Texas and Southwest in style, really nicely done. They have a huge selection of wine (if youâre a wine drinker). They also have Happy Hour wine from 4:00 to 7:00 with house wine for $5 a glass. I tried the Barramundi filet, the crab cakes, and the tenderloin shish-kabobs. It was all great, but Iâve got to say that the tenderloin was amazing. Plenty of steak, that literally, I could cut with my fork, it came with scalloped potatoes and lots of mixed vegetables on a huge plate, all for $20. I canât get a steak that good for only $20 anywhere north of the Rio Grande Valley. The service was excellent as well. Last word, ask them about their own creation, a dessert that looks like a taco but is to die for. Seriously, youâre gonna want to try it! Great place for dinner! Highly recommend it!
