I really wasn't sure if the quality of the sushi would be good, considering the items were in constant motion on a conveyer belt. However, my first bite told me that the fish and rice were fresh and I needn't have worried. Neither the decor nor the ambiance were anything to brag about but the sushi chefs and service staff were polite and attentive and the food happily satisfied my sushi craving. The prices were reasonable and the choices, although not plentiful, were enough to give variety. Cooked food were also offered on the menu but scant. The sushi chef was regularly adding fresh sushi dishes on the belt and none of the pieces I chose tasted 'old'. An overall satisfactory experience.
I came to Sushi Sai for the first time since I changed jobs, 5 years ago. The sushi chef I recalled was no longer there, but this little place still has very good food, and excellent value for the food in their lunch specials. I appreciate the quality you can get for a good price. I ate with a friend who had suggested we try Sushi Sai again, and I'm glad we did. I always liked their edamame, and the bento box specials. They do a good job with teriyaki, tempura, sushi and sashimi.
This location offer an all you can eat option. It includes yakitori, shabu shabu, hot food options, curry, and sushi/sashimi. Veggies and meats for the shabu shabu is very fresh. Beef, pork, and lamb are offered for the meat options. The yakitori is freshly grilled in front of you and you have to be quick to grab before it runs out. There were about 6-7 different sushi and sashimi options. Drinks are included in the price and Calpico is included.

Always nice friendly service. We come here more than 15 yrs. good foods. My favorites are: udon chicken soup. Spicy lobster rolls, teriyaki chicken/beef tempura. Busy Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights. Call in early to make reservations to avoid long waits or go week nights.Reasonable price. Great with families and kids.

The restuarant is a good one, considering that i could conveniently and comfortably eat all they served. Even their soup wasnt bad either. The chef had some cutlery and cooking set skill display before the whole grilling started. It was a good dinner

We used a groupon and saved a ton of money!!! Service was terrific. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgable. The Kobe beef melted in my mouth. The serving sizes were more than ample. It's true... It's the food of the sumo!!! Yum!! Yum!!!

I was surprised to find this restaurant in the neighborhood. I stay in a local hotel for business and was dropping off dry cleaning next door, so decided to try it. I've been back several times. The restaurant itself is quite small with regular tables and a sushi bar. I go for the sushi bar and order my usual - spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail and egg. All very fresh and very good, every time. The sushi chef speaks limited English but is excellent at preparation and does it very quickly. However, last time, decided to try the sweet shrimp but due to miscommunication, for which I take responsibility, ended up with the sweet shrimp and fried shrimp head. Decided to try it and definitely not my thing but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be great for others. If you do have a fair amount of food, the bill can easily add up to about $35+. However, the product is fresh and well prepared, so worth the cost. Of course, the best sushi I ever had was at 6 am in Tokyo after checking out the fish auction, but this is on the other side of the pacific in a small restaurant off of hwy 60.

Although it's a little small and 90% of the time we have to wait, the ramen is worth waiting for. If you are really hungry, get the ramen combo. Also, try the ramen kotteri style (extra fat) to make is extra special.

The restaurant is located in the Southeast corner of the intersection. It's a small joint so you will most likely be waiting. I enjoyed eating the chicken and the options of the side dishes. Friendly staff. The food came out relatively quick considering the wait we endured. Fried chicken with Hainan rice was pretty clever from a fusion standpoint.
