We tried this place shortly after we moved into the area. Since then it has been our favorite place for pizza. My hubby had also tried the donairs. At Pisa Pizza you'll get great food, reasonable prices and good service. It is a little store front location with no in-restaurant dining and you can tell the owners spend most of their time there. It has a different feel than a big chain take out place.
Canada's first authentic European gelato cafe. We serve our in-house made gelato, made completely from scratch, without any artificial flavours, colours or premixes. We also offer paninis, specialty coffees, pastries and soups.
We went there for gelato to comfort ourselves after eating a terrible meal at an adjacent restaurant. Tiny little place, clean and cute. Mmmm, the salted chocolate scoop was BLISS. We're going to try the panini next time!

The pizza was awesome ! Good toppings & good value. However, the garlic toast that came with my lasagne was disappointing. It was just regular bread toasted , which they spreaded some garlic butter on it. They should serve real garlic toast. Our waitress was friendly. We did see her later wearing yellow latex gloves & cleaning the bathroom & toilet stall in full view of our table , which we thought, was not customer appropriate for us too see . Perhaps, she should have done it after we left. The good thing was she served our food "before" the bathroom incident. We would definitely go back for pizza. It was very good.

Famoso is a casual pizzeria serving authentic Neapolitan pizzas made with high quality ingredients in a domed Italian oven. Ideal for a quick lunch or a night out. Enjoy with wine, cocktails and beer.
I love the thin crust pizza. They have some very unusual combinations for toppings which are amazing. We have found that any time we did have a problem it was quickly resolved by the staff. This is a place we go to often and have always left happy with our meals. I would never recommend takeout for thin crust as it is so much better fresh.

We last attended this restaurant about five years ago and had such a bad experience we decided to not return until recently when we were invited to attend there for a birthday party. On this occasion the service from the moment we arrived until we left was outstanding. The food was served to all 12 guests at the same time and all meal selections were excellent.

This was our second trip to this restaurant. First time a few months ago on a week day and a quiet night. Food was delicious. Staff were great. Tonight was much busier being a Saturday but we thought what the heck, letâs try. Once we got there the only space was in fact at the bar in front of the pizza oven BUT it was the best spot. We watched as the cook made our pizzas and how talented he was preparing them. Not only did they look good but they were delicious. I had the Fig Prosciutto pizza with Arugula (the latter was not part of it but the server highly recommended I add that). Best. Pizza. Ever!!!! My daughter had the Mac and Cheese and it was equally delicious. Hubby had the Capricciosa Pizza and it was delicious too. Top this with a nice glass of red wine and the dinner was complete! We are definitely coming back.

Italian cuisine
I had the chicken Marsala which was one of the best I have ever had! Our table had the bocconcini salad, calamari, prawns and scallops, meatballs, stuffed peppers, carbonara, and gnocchi. All were excellent! We had the crepe brûlée for dessert which was also excellent! Our server - Tina - was friendly and attentive. With drinks our meal was $300 which was a bit high but excellent food!
