we ate here just by chance because I had seen the sign touting the lunch buffet... 7.99.... got there around 1pm, so the place was not crowded at all.... neither was the buffet counter... very disappointed in the selection offered... was never refilled, so slim pickins"... have been to one in Columbus... quite a big difference...lots better...

We have always ordered for pick-up and have never had to wait on our order when we arrived. They have great menu options. We have tried several pizzas, subs and appetizers and have been quite pleased with them all. If you like a little spicier sauce this is the pizza for you. The bread for their subs is awesome.

We do love the subs and pizza - it is just weird to go into a gas station to get it. It is very consistent - always very good and fresh. I would highly recommend - we often get it and go tot Rising Park to eat!

What a terrific addition to Lancaster's dining scene. Until Osteria Alla Romana opened earlier this year, Italian food was largely limited to pizza, subs and so-so spaghetti and lasagna. No longer. This is the real deal: A small menu of wonderfully prepared food that you'd typically find in Rome. Don't expect Olive Garden-style fare. Don't even expect to find what respected Italian-American restaurants produce.Chris, the hard-working owner/chef, cooks what he ate growing up in Rome. Bruschetta, simply dressed salads, simply sauced pizzas, a couple of always-available sauces for the imported pasta, including a zesty puttanesca and a hearty but ultra-lean bolognese (which can be made pretty spicy if you ask).But pay attention to the nice offering of daily specials. Like a pasta with clams, mussels and shrimp. Or, if the place isn't packed, talk to Chris a bit. That's what we did for a recent lunch. The result? Out of the kitchen came a massive bowl of light-as-a-feather gnocchi pared with that spicy bolognese sauce. And an unbelievable dish of spaghetti in a light tomato sauce and covered with tiny, flavor-packed Italian clams. We were too stuffed to even consider dessert but the espresso was spot-on.Fair warning here. This place doesn't take credit cards. But if you don't have enough cash on you, there's an ATM on site, with the typical $3 fee.Bottom line: Outstanding, authentic Italian food you're not going to find anywhere else in Fairfield County. And you might have to search a bit in nearby Columbus, too.

We were told by a bunch of people at work to try this place...wouldn't be disappointed. So we went, 8pm Wednesday night, and it was just OK. I went to work the next day and told everybody we went but it wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst. They said the one in Logan Ohio is much much better. Next time we'll try that location.

This is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST PIZZA IN LANCASTER, OHIO.We started eating here at the Buckeye Lake location 20 years ago. Then they came to Lancaster and we couldn't be happier. We now live out of the area but we eat here every time we come home. Without a doubt they make some of the best pies I've ever had.

Stopped in for lunch unexpectedly on our way through town. We both got gyros (veggie gyro for me and chicken bacon ranch gyro for hubby). We were both pleasantly surprised. Pricing wasn't bad either and service was friendly. Dessert looked great but we were too full. Definitely check it out if you're in the area! Don't let the location fool you.

I believe my server's name was Megan - she was fantastic. I was traveling alone for work, but she made me feel so welcome. The food was also excellent. The staff at this location were all very pleasant and all working very hard. I normally don't eat at "chains" when on travel; however, I am so glad I did this time.
