Ordered take out pizza - told it would be 15 minutes....45 minutes later it arrived! Restaurant was empty but for one table, excuse for delay was kitchen very busy! Sultry staff who got annoyed when I complained. As for the food, Rank....One of the worst pizzaâs ever had...not to mention the price! Expensive!! First and last visit. Wonât be back!
We eat breakfast out at least 6 days a week. We have visited twice and have been disappointed at the meagre portions. I cannot eat bread for allergy reasons and being Italian restaurant good portions of bread are served so I guess would satisfy most people. but obviously not myself as on both occasions I left still feeling hungry. The management and staff are excellent and very friendly and efficient.

This restaurant offers daily specials from Monday to Friday. We went for the "2 for 1" Pasta special on Monday, my hubby and I each tried different pastas, both absolutely delicious, not a scrap left on the plates. Will be making this a regular thing.

This place is temporarily closed. Situated on ballito's beachfront overlooking the beach, dolphins are regularly seen as well as whales in season. We offer the best thin based pizza's, cooked in a wood fired oven, pasta's, grills and ofcourse our seafood!
We enjoyed the view and sat on the new outside deck, and although rennovations were still ongoing, we enjoyed our lunch time steak and a few drinks. Service was good

We went to Fiamma grill for an early dinner on Sunday with my family and we had an almost perfect evening the waiter was the best until something happened which left us bitterly disappointed there was a gentleman who was wearing a black jacket shouting at the staff about something with little regard that we were there. The staff looked very scared of him. He is arrogant, bossy and lack of leaderships qualities for a family Friendly rastoraunt like Fiamma grill. On consultation we were told that he is one of the managers. We quickly paid our bill and left.Dear CarolThank you for your patronage and time taken in reviewing our store. I have discussed in detail your review with my team and management about your recent situation, which I am humbly apologetic about. We have to be careful when responding to reviews of this nature due to the seriousness of the situation. We are a family business and lead with a motivational managment style, we are a team and work together on achieving success. You and I both know that at times, raising ones voice and seeking justifiable answers is necessary, thus I am sorry that you had to be in the presence of that experience. Aryn, the manager on duty understands his actions and is working very hard on maintaining control and humility in his approach. This being said, we would appeal to you to reconsider about the nature and star rating of our store as it truly negatively impacts our business in a large way. Thus even the servers and kitchen staff feel the ramifications of a 1 star review, as we are a small town with a lot of competition. I hope you can find it in your heart to understand and accept our apologies, as we all need a chance in life.Fabien Durocher-Yvon Owner - Fiamma Grill

Unique, creative flavour combinations in a beautiful restaurant with divine cocktails, excellent service and the most amazing view of the ocean in Ballito
We read a lot of positive reviews about this restaurant and had been looking forward to an excellent lunch. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted. The food it self was fairly good and came promptly once ordered. We had fish soup and petagonia calamari to start and mains were calamari and prawns. The kids had pizza and calamari. Dessert was good as was the coffee. The service was terrible. Our waitress was always missing. It took time to order and It took time to remove dirty plates off the table. I feel the restaurant could be far more enjoyed with some more professional waitrons. My apologies for the service. Our waiters are well trained. You where at our establishment at the height of season and though we try to maintain our service levels ,at times it slips a bit as there are just so many people.I hope you return some day to try us out under normal circumstances,Trevor
