The restaurant is in a nice location but the food not so good. We ordered the seafood spaghetti, which had too much garlic in it, saganaki, the cheese was very chewey, kalamari was so tough that it was impossible to chew, gavros (fried anchovies) were also over fried and the only thin that was edible was the Greek salad. When we called the waiter to pay, he noticed that we did not eat the food and asked if we were satisfied. We told him about the kalamari and when he came back with the change, the only thing he said was that he mentioned it to the owner. No apology and it was on the bill although we did not eat it. At the end the waiter brought slices of watermelon with the skin on. When we asked for plates and forks, he said that the reason they left the skin on was to eat it by hand. What did he think, that we would eat like animals and just spit the seeds? Will never, NEVER, visit again.

We found this place by accident and it became our favorite breakfast place.The English breakfast is good. The eggs are fresh and the bacon is crisp. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and the coffee is good.Prices are reasonable.

Peinaleon is a good quality grill at Tolo, very close to Nafplio, in Argolida. We offer good meat ,including souvlaki, steaks, beefs, sausage, kebab, pita with gyro , pasta, burgers ,traditional greek kitchen, salads and more in a very good price!!!

A very average restaurant. The best part of it was the polite, enthusiastic, helpful waiter. Because this was the very umpteenth Spaghetti or Fettuccini Carbonara in my life, I can judge which one is good, and which one isn't. That Spaghetti I had in Πεινα...λεÏν ΤÎÎÎ, was average, and so was my partner's fried squid. The prices were very reasonable.

We love this Italian restaurant - weâve been there twice during our stay in Nafplion. Lovely outdoor seating area, helpful and friendly staff and delicious food. The rocket and Parmesan salad is fabulous and huge! The pizzas are excellent - great crust and generous toppings. Last night I had one of my favorite dishes - Cacio e pepe. Delicious! I want to go back and try the risotto and the ravioli! Excellent choice for families, couples, meat eaters and vegetarians. I know weâre in Greece but weâve had a lot of Greek food so are enjoying a little variety! We were just in Sicily and this is honestly better than food we had there.

We ordered bruschettas which came as a huge portion (way too big for two adults) with no tomatoes, a mountain of rocket salad and walnuts?! We ordered pasta with pesto which came with olives, sundried tomates and mushrooms?! We also had a greek salad and a mixed grill which were really good. Very nice location in a garden.

We absolutely loved it! Nothing negative to say!Very well priced, restaurant decor was unique to the name Scuola, staff was so polite and attentive.The food was delectable! After a good experience two years ago, we visited Il Porto again. We (3 adults) ordered a starter and a main course. The starters were ok, but the main course came immediately after without our asking. The Restaurant was almost empty, so no need for this rush. The two ladies had Tagliatelle that was overcooked. The Calzone was big but not very tasty. Nobody of the staff asked what we thought about the food or the service.

Not a logical place, away from the town's main square, but very worthwhile. Simple restaurant, unpretentious but very tasty! Great pizza's!! Price-quality is excellent!

With family, we stayed in the hotel and dined regularly in the restaurant. If I didn't count our last visit, I would give this amazing place the high fives. But unfortunately, there was a final occasion, and it was disappointing. The food and the prices were all right, as always, but the service, even if the number of the guests were limited that time, was very slow and I can't say rude, but uninterested. Probably the staff just had a bad day, but that was that lastest time when we ate lunch or dinner there. Before, even if the restaurant was fully packed, and the waiters and waitresses were practically running, and we always had perfect service, tasty, well-presented food in a bewildering place. The breakfast was every time a pleasure, sitting next to the sea, bathing in the first rays of the rising sun, and with your coffee drinking the picturesque view as well. The staff presented at breakfast were outstanding. Very polite, very friendly, and helpful in every way. Despite this one bad experience, I still sincerely recommend both Solon hotel and restaurant. The location is priceless and overwrites everything.
