We tried to eat lunch here on our first day. We sat outside with another couple who were eating their lunch already. We sat and waited and waited then waited some more then after waiting a bit more we gave up and left. We decided to give them another chance as we had eaten there last year so went back in the evening. That was fine and we had an enjoyable meal. Shame about lunch though.

We went for a dinner of 9 people. The restaurant has been recommended by our hotel Alexander as place with good view. We came and had the worst table ever that is far away from any possible view. The boss who met us from the beginning wad really disrespectful: saying that our table has fantastic view to other tablesââï¸... ok, we set down, ordered very expensive champagne (180 euro), starters came really fast... but some starters came together with main dishes, but some people didnât get their dish for another 1,5 hours. So as u understand second dishes came at around 21.30 (we came at 19.00). The food was good by the way, but the restaurant was overcrowded so everyone was waiting for their dishes forever. I asked for salmon and i never got it, because it would take forever to wait for it.Overall:Food: okView and ambience: nice, but we were in the very corner so we didnt see it.Staff: all waiters were very nice and sad that food was not on timeLady in the reception: very helpful, was trying to find us other possible tableBoss at the reception: i dont wonât to meet this person again. Terrible behavior, mean attitude to clients. His words: âdont try to teach me to workâ I would not recommend to have a dinner at this place. We dined here twice in the three skiing days in Livigno. It surpasses all the other mountain cabins by far. Perfect pasta and steak dishes, excellent wine selection, friendly staff, and a cozy ambiance. Highly recommended, but make sure to book a table beforehand.

We visit this restaurant every time we visit Livigno. One of the good signs is that staff is stable over the years, always friendly and in very good mood which makes you feel like home! And if you feel like home, food will always taste great! We tried pretty much everything there - what would I highlight are their pizzas and if you'd like to have some fish, you always find it here as well (not usual in Livigno, but who comes to mountains to eat fish?).

I had dinner in this nice restaurant with my family (my wife and two daughters) together with another family (parents with two children and grandmother). We were 9 people.The kids took two pizze and two risotti with saffron. We adults took two dishes each. Then everyone had a dessert. We also took 4 bottle of water, a bottle of wine, three coffees. Total: 283 EUR.The courses were very nice, original and tasty, such as: Barley soup with bacon, "Sciatt" from Valtellina (fried balls filled with local cheese), "tagliata", rabbit roll, crepes with nettles, Alpine dish ("polenta taragna" with meat or cheese)...Every thing was very good and well presented.
