Vicino al centro storico, difronte al famoso Cabaret Nocturno, dove stavo andando a godermi una notte cubana, ho avuto la fortuna di gustare una deliziosa cena al Rancho Kneo : cocktail di gamberi e parlet di pesce fresco per me e al mio tavolo anche meravigliose braciole di maiale cucinate sulla "parilla" che si affaccia alla sala. Pochi i tavoli, infinita la gentilezza e la allegria di questo bel ristorante che si trova su una terrazza, dove l'aria della sera è calda e profumata al punto giusto! Assolutamente consigliato!!

Service is very slow and some times there is not bread for hamburgers or the drink you are asking for is no longer available. This restaurant has a prime location, on the north side of Frexes, just a bit further to the east from the park from the Salon 1720.Since this establishment opened, management has upped its game by providing very good freshly cooked food and attentive, professional service. The restaurant is relatively small, at around 8- 10 tables, some of which occupy and inner courtyard (you might get wet in the rain if you sit here). The place might not be appropriate for a large group, due to lack of space. The waitresses cope reasonably well when under a bit of pressure.The bar area, at the front of the establishment, is inviting and the bar tenders know how to mix a good cocktail. Prices are quite reasonable. In my opinion, for service and quality of the food, this is the best restaurant in Holguin.

Nice welcome from two kind and nice waitresses. Simple restaurant style, nothing of luxury or fashion but good standard for cuban small town. We was in 4 and we eat a lot, from some starters, beef meat (usually forbidden in Cuba), lobster, dessert, mojito, etc. The waiting time was a little long but the waitresses heads up about the time because the restaurant was quite full. We paid about 20 $, the right price for our big dinner.Thank you P.We are glad to know you did spent a good time in our restaurant. there were 18 of us and we had a traditional family style dinner/lunch. Bread and drinks salad, were given before tons of food start being serve. We had a band playing Cuban music, and one of us danced a little. Desert was serve and more drinks. Upon leaving the family was available to shake hands and talk with those who wanted to. The restaurant is family owned and ran. A close family friend and son's bride to be made our visit nice, wonderful people. Food was good, music was tasteful,place was beautiful. I would visit again. My boyfriend is very picky and doesn't really like Cuban food, so I need to find a place offering exquisite, high quality Cuban food. The 1910 Restaurant and Bar in HolguÃn has the best offer. It's not really economic though, compared to other options in HolguÃn. But if you can afford good food, I recommend this restaurant. Their shrimps are just delicious and their vegetables always fresh.
