We've stayed here several times. The service is always good, pricing is reasonable, and breakfast is available. Amenities and rooms are very family friendly. We've never had issues with noise here and it's in a good neighborhood with convenient location.

Not very clean, i would never stay here again. Sooooo disappointed. Rented two rooms for my family, wasn't cheap, waste of money. But, we did enjoy pool if you dont mind the dirty windows. We did love the Green Mill restaurant.

You are better off at a cheap motel than to pay this price to stay here. Staff was great but building is old. Shower shut off on me while showering and staff indicated it happens at times and that they just need to "reset something" so I stood freezing in mid-shower for 15 minutes until the water turned back on. Mold in bathroom corners. Toilet did not flush well. They must have issues with water pressure or something at this location. Pay less to stay at a cheap motel for the same experience.

First time here. Nice hotel located in a commercial area with heavy retail, healthcare, and office buildings. Easy interstate access. Thought for the age the room was a little small. Other than that the room was nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed. Service at the front desk and Sheraton Club was welcoming and friendly. If you book an executive floor room… evening snacks were tasty and a hot breakfast was offered.

Whether traveling for business or leisure, the all-new Courtyard by Marriott St Paul Woodbury makes it easy. Our hotel provides charming accommodations, free WiFi, and a variety of delightful food and drink options at The Bistro.
This is a typical suburban property but which is newly built and modern. It's located in a shopping plaza. The rooms are a good size, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and bright, but only had a shower. Water temperature and pressure was good. The way the shower head and glass enclosure is situated, water gets on the floor, so just put a towel down. Unfortunately the hotel did not provide breakfast due to coronavius and being low-staffed. This would not have been a problem except that one of the reasons we booked it is for the breakfast - the website said they served it. So it was annoying to drive to Starbucks in the morning. They did have a thermos of Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

I stay this hotel for work. I’m here at least 4 times per month. Not my choice. So here are the cons of this hotel. It’s Really close to a major highway. The noise from the semi’s tires is heard from the rooms on that end of the hotel. More so with even numbered rooms which catch a lot of the noise. The widows are outdated and let in so much noise. And air conditioners are showing their age. When they’re working they drown out the noise. When they reach your desired temperature they shut off and you’re back to listening to the highway. And upon checking in I request a room away from the road. They act like they don’t know there’s a problem with noise. Also first and second floors tend to be quieter. Unless someone is in the room above you then you hear every step they take above you.

When my husband and I checked in the clerk, Tony could not find our reservation. I had called earlier in the day to make sure that we had a handicap room. The young lady that I spoke with found my reservation and changed it to a accessible room. And she assured me that we would be given that room when we checked in. My husband is a new amputee and is still trying to get used to life without a limb and bathtubs are still difficult for him. Tony told us that there was not one available and said that he had no communication that we needed a handicapped room. Tony has a very abrupt and unapproachable manner. He does not greet his guests and spends a lot of time on the phone. His customer service and people skills are poor. When I came to the desk to ask for a coffee pot, he was on the phone and continued his conversation. I’m not sure that you want someone with his customer service approach at your front desk. I have worked in the hospitality industry and I know your customer service has to be strong. We will not be staying at this location again.

This is the very WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at. I traveled out of state for over 20 years, necessitating hotel stays every week, so I am a very good judge of what the staff of any hotel should be providing and relating with guests. The Woodbury Resident Inn's management put their staff over the needs and concerns of their guests. The staff themselves were never available. When one could be engaged they were rude and had no interest in meeting the needs of the guest. I was staying there due to my home flood. I was EVICTED! Evicted from a hotel!? The rational given "the safety and wellness of my staff members come first". What about the safety, wellness, happiness of guests. This was from 'Mikala Ness, Assistant General Manager, Residence Inn, Woodbury-St. Paul I could go on and on and on about the despicable behavior of the desk staff and assistant manager, but I think you get the message.
