When we visited this old hotel, we immediately fell in love. Quickly we decided to create a bed & breakfast in order to share this ideal site. Imagine comfortable bedrooms with direct view on the lake of Sanguinet, a terrace on lakefront where you can take your breakfast and relax in the evening, a direct access to the beach. Ideally located on the lakeside, a few minutes from the ocean, 30 minutes from Arcachon and an hour from the historic heart of Bordeaux, we hope that “Les Eaux qui Rient” will appeal to you as much as we enjoy living in.

Reviewed By TriciaBillWhat a find this was, Anne is the perfect hostess. The welcome, with homemade cake, was excellent as was the breakfast which included homemade rhubarb crumble. The room and ensuite were clean and spacious with beautiful views across the lake. Would we stay again, without a doubt!

Excellent campsite, even out of season
Reviewed By BiarritzTaxiStayed here with family at the end of October during several storms but it didn't dampen the experience. Unfortunately the outside water play area was closed, as was the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was very welcome. Caravan was much better than we expected and had everything we could have wanted as was immaculately clean. Checking in experience was quick and easy with friendly staff.

Another great holiday for us
Reviewed By fionabN1600RUWe have now stayed in the same campsite for 3 years. It's a great location near the most beautful of lakes, so much to do if you like being in the water. On the lake you can swim, paddle board, windsurf, kite surf, canoe, snorkel. It's very shallow for a really long way for very safe for children and it's also warm. If you drive 25mins you get to the Atlantic Coast, a huge stretch of beach and body boarders/surfers parardise. The campsire has a great pool area for children, I have 3 children - 3,8,10 and there is something for all of them. This year we had to book a slot to avoid overcrowding due to Covid. We always got 1 or 2 slots a day and to be honest it was better than in previous years where the pool area was so busy. Our accomodation has always been really clean and so has the surrounding site. The bar and restuarant really improved this year with the quality of food and service and also the offering of snack food and restaurant food. Park areas are nice for the children. We have always felt very safe here. Also the staff are always so friendly and helpful, and by this I mean reception, housekeeping, maintance, security, life guards, entertainment, literally everyone you may meet. My daugher uses a wheel chair and I found they try to accomodate where possible, we use the shower block for showering her as it's bigger than the mobile home. Also really close to a supermarket, chemist and bakeries.

Reviewed By BubbleS99909The lake was ideal. Warm, shallow, sandy-bottomed, with an immaculately clean beach with beautiful tall pines behind it and lots of options for finding some shade. Nearby watersports. Loos at the rear of then each and a cabin/cafe that opened once we were into July. Nice pool area with various pools and slides.

Mobile home with 2 to 3 bedrooms conveniently located on the Landes coast, 150 meters from the white sandy beaches of Lake Biscarrosse direct access. Nearby: the Great Dune of Pyla; Arcachon and Biscarrosse nearby and the ocean (15 minutes). The many theme parks like Adventure Park, Park and Kid Ladybug are present for good times with family. Wonderful walks available to you in one of the most beautiful regions of France. The transparent and shallow lake water will delight your children. Renting is air conditioned and equipped with LED TV, DVD player, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, bathroom and separate toilet etc. Comfort, radiators in every room, shutters in the bedrooms and large lighted porch. Season unlimited access to all activities, swimming pools heated to 30 8 ° which heated covered (mid-April to late October). 2 Waterslides, spa, water sports, playgrounds for children and daytime and evening entertainment in high season, cycling in forest and mountain bike hire on site. Everything is included in our prices for water, gas, electricity, fees, tax. Excluding seasonal menus. Weekend 135-145€ Weekly rate of 299 to 1149 € depending on the time and number of rooms.
Great place to have a nice vacation with family

Thank you so much to Mr. Eric, very attention and always read to answer all question. The place is very nice for family with small kids. We can also visit different beaches around Sanguinet. Yes i really recommend this place. Great time, great vacation with my family.

Excellent campsite if your at the opposite end to the bar
Reviewed By Roger SFantastic site with reasonable size pitches. Excellent access to the lake, clean swimming pool. However there are three shower/toilet blocks, two are excellent clean and new. The other block is by the bar/pool and suffers from over use. This is clearly an issue for lots of people and needs addressing. The office is helpful and if you requested a pitch away from the bar area they will try to accommodate. The pitches were very sandy and it does get everywhere. The food in the restaurant was very good, and the bar prices were normal for a site. (Currently about €5 for a large beer) Overall a great site, just make sure your not near the bar/pool end.

Reviewed By Phil BPaul & Anne are great hosts! The B&B is comfortable and clean with on-site parking. Fresh pain au chocolat and hot coffee for breakfast - Yum! Family run and feels like home from home. Close to the Dune Du Pyla (a must see) and the wonderful lake where you can swim, paddleboard etc. This was our second visit and we'll be back again.
